. Reduce government duplication in government policies and procedures. Place more responsibility on local government in running their own communities and cities. Build saving cost to state agencies by buying from local businesses. Saving on end of year operating expenses, returning money from the state budget without penalties .Maybe do a point scale system for State employees tax saving of the year. Education should be earned by students and parents need to have access to their tax money. Money follows the child , even when he or she wants to go to trade school as their way to getting a good job. Like a dark cloud hanging over their heads .This path will lead to less educational college expense burdens.
