Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

Never

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of radical Islamic terrorism?

We must halt our refugee resettlement program immediately More auditing of finances from donors that finance mosques Pass laws (like in TN) that mandate no sharia law courts or influence should ever be allowed in our judicial system, whether criminal or civil Allow states to prosecute anyone who provides material support to any terrorist organization as defined by US policy Educate law enforcement and governments about how Muslims infiltrate government and the economic system Keep our military well trained and equipped and eradicate all jihadists before they come to America

What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?

Our country was founded by Godly men and the Constitution is deeply rooted in Christianity. Our Founding Fathers created a system as perfect as any document ever written in order to insure future generations would not be subjected to an oppressive Government. Our rights are clearly defined as is the role of Government

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I am a Christian, baptized, confirmed and believe that God is first and foremost and He has given me the ability to serve my Country and State in an effective manner. I protect life and liberty and believe strong state's make a strong nation, not a bloated centralized Government. I will protect life from conception and our ability to defend ourselves against tyranny and criminals by allowing citizens to own and carry modern weapons

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?

Very Conservative

Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.

In 16 years as a state legislator in Tennesee, I have the strongest record of protecting the 2nd Amendment in Tennessee. I have always voted to protect life from conception. I have authored and passed the nation's strongest laws on a state level to slow the progression of Islamic migration. I led a group in Tennessee that stopped Common Core. I have been heavily involved in editing textbooks for accuracy when referring to history and Christianity and limiting considerably the attempted indoctrination of our children to Islam. I led an effort and mobilized 68 state representatives in Tennessee and stopped Nashville's attempt to declare itself a sanctuary city. I opposed and we won against Medicaid expansion. I led the fight in Tennessee to stop a $300 million gas tax when we had a 2 billion dollar plus budget surplus.

How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?

Allow states to handle all insurance regulations and turn the process over more fully to a system of capitalism where competition for good service and good prices drives down cost while improving healthcare itself. Remove bureaucratic obstacles between a doctor and a patient and expand cash payment opportunities for services.

What role should government play in boosting the economy?

Government should reduce regulation and ENABLE businesses to thrive, not try to be in business itself. If the private sector can and will do something, then government should not be involved in providing a service in competition with the free market. Less fees, licenses and inspections.

What changes should be made to the tax code?

Flat, simple tax. Simple one page return annually.

What is the best way to bring down unemployment?

Allow the private sector to GO and cut taxes. People have more disposable income and more jobs are created through development of businesses both retail and manufacturing

How would you guarantee Social Security benefits for future generations?

Everyone has to pay into the system and we have to cut the amount of disability payments going to many people who are gaming the system. We have to reel that problem in. The trust fund must be rebuilt through cuts in wasteful spending in order to guarantee benefits to a surging senior population. This country is about to be swamped by seniors who need the benefits.

What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?

Police veteran Military veteran College educated-political science and criminal justice 16 years as the most Conservative leader in Tennesee and I have chaired the Tennessee Freedom Caucus for 5 years I have served on or chaired 9 major committees and understand fully that citizens don't have another option besides government for too many things in their lives. When government must be implemented, it must do so with service in mind. I am well aware that as an elected official I work for the people, not the government. Husband, father and strong leader Small business owner-I operate a solid waste transfer facility and recycle heavily

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?

I am the best man for the job as Congressman in the 6th District of Tennessee. Look at my record both in government and in my professional career. I have been endorsed by many including Congressman Jim Jordan and other members of the US House Freedom Caucus. I am going to help them and they need people like me. The country MUST HAVE more people with a backbone and who are constitutional followers- I am one of those men.
