1. Free enterprise and the right to private property turn mankind's natural self interest into the fairest and most productive economic system there is, and are the key to national prosperity.

Strongly Agree

2. Election of judges by the people for a definite term of office is the best way to select judges.

Neutral

3. More restrictive gun control laws are needed now to protect public safety.

Strongly Disagree

4. Efforts to bring Islamic law (shariah) to America do not pose a threat to our country and its Constitution.

Strongly Disagree

5. Government should enforce laws designed to protect the border and to prevent illegal entry of persons into the country.

No Answer

9. The Affordable Care Act (Obamacare) should be repealed by Congress.

Strongly Agree

10. There should be a strict constitutional spending limit for state and local governments that would tie the rate of spending to the rate of population growth plus the rate of inflation.

Disagree

11. Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which permitted our system of limited government.

12. Free market competition for education dollars, rather than a government monopoly, would create a better education for all students.

19. Based on the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution, please arrange the following entities, starting with the highest source of authority, and continue the list in descending order of authority, skipping any that do not apply: Academia, Congress, Constitution, God, Industry, Media, Professional Sports, Supreme Court, Voters.

Nature's God, If by voters you mean the people we are next. "authority" for most things resides properly with the people and state governments. The constitution outlines the duties and prerogatives of the congress and the supreme court.

20. Should abortion be allowed under extenuating circumstances? If so, what circumstances?

I do not have a strong enough medical background to know whether an exception should be made for the life of the mother. I am presently unaware of any medical conditions where an abortion would be necessary to save the life of the mother.

21. Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

Jesus Christ is my Lord and Savior. I am already late with this questionnaire but some how feel compelled to add that spiritual and material are interwoven in ways that can only be imperfectly understood. On question # 8 I feel more comfortable answering that the only interest government has in marriage is the protection of children. most of the social problems we have today related to marriage and the perversion of the concept of marriage can be traced to government intervention in this area. I would be happy to answer any questions on this or other topics your subscribers are interested in. Feel free to publish my email address. On question # 10 there is already a constitutional limit to what money can be spent on. Most of what the federal government spends money on is unconstitutional.
