President Biden issued an executive order "Protecting Access to Reproductive Health Care Services", including medication abortion.

"The Trump Administration’s Title X rule is a direct attack on Planned Parenthood and the crucial services the organization provides. Access to health care could be taken away from millions of women. It’s wrong, and as president I will reverse it." (4th post down on link)

"Religion should not be used as a license to discriminate, and as president I will oppose legislation to deny LGBTQ+ equal treatment in public places. I will immediately reverse discriminatory practices that Trump put in place and work to advance the rights of LGBTQ+ people widely."

“Make no mistake: as we made clear last week, if China threatens our sovereignty, we will act to protect our country. And we did,” Biden said, referring to the moment Saturday when a US jet fired a missile that burst the balloon off the US east coast, after it had spent days wafting across the continental US and Canada.  Source "China is determined to dominate the electric-vehicle market by using unfair trade practices, but I will not let them," Biden told a group of United Auto Workers union members in Illinois last week. "I promise you." "We seek to responsibly manage competition between our countries so it does not tip into conflict," Biden said at the U.N. General Assembly in September. "I've said we are for de-risking, not decoupling with China."  Source

President Biden said in a press release regarding the war with Hamas that, "Terrorism is never justified. Israel has a right to defend itself and its people. The United States warns against any other party hostile to Israel seeking advantage in this situation.  My Administration’s support for Israel’s security is rock solid and unwavering."

In a 2019 interview with CNN, President Biden said that he would bring back the individual mandate from the Affordable Care Act. "Yes, I would bring back the individual mandate", Biden said. (0:42-0:47)

In an interview with CNN in 2019, President Biden said, "I think there should be healthcare for everyone. I have a plan for how to do that." (0:29-0:33) The President went on to suggest that he believes private healthcare options should coexist with the government provided insurance. "We’re in a situation where if you provide an option for anybody who in fact wants to buy into Medicare for All, they can buy in... But if they like their employer-based insurance … they shouldn’t have to give it up." (0:51-1:08)

From a White House Fact Sheet about the proposed 2024 budget: "...reducing the deficit by nearly $3 trillion over the next decade by making the wealthy and big corporations pay their fair share and cutting wasteful spending on Big Pharma, Big Oil, and other special interests."

From a White House statement released on October 4, 2023, detailing what President Biden's administration has done to forgive student loans: "Today’s announcement brings the total approved debt cancellation by the Biden-Harris Administration to $127 billion for nearly 3.6 million Americans."

A statement issued by the President on his "$15 Minimum Wage for Federal Workers and Contractors" going into effect included this: "When I was running for president, I said it was past time to increase the federal minimum wage to $15 an hour."

President Biden has publically opposed the building of a wall since his campaign for the election in 2020. Recently however, the Biden Administration announced that construction on border walls in South Texas would resume. This does not neccesarily indicate that President Biden has reversed course on his border wall policy, as he told reporters after the announcement that he does not think the wall will be effective. The following excerpt from an article by the New York Times explains the situation and public stance of the Biden Administration well: "Alejandro N. Mayorkas, the Homeland Security secretary, says Mr. Biden is building up to 20 miles of border wall because he has to.The administration said that it was bound to build this section of new wall because Congress already appropriated the funding to do so in 2019. It had been unsuccessful in convincing Congress to rescind the funding, Mr. Mayorkas said.'From Day 1, this administration has made clear that a border wall is not the answer,' Mr. Mayorkas said on Thursday in Mexico City, after a member of the Mexican news media asked about the apparent reversal. 'That remains our position, and our position has never wavered.'"

"The bill provides hardworking people who enrich our communities every day and who have lived here for years, in some cases for decades, an opportunity to earn citizenship. The legislation modernizes our immigration system, and prioritizes keeping families together, growing our economy, responsibly managing the border with smart investments, addressing the root causes of migration from Central America, and ensuring that the United States remains a refuge for those fleeing persecution. The bill will stimulate our economy while ensuring that every worker is protected. The bill creates an earned path to citizenship for our immigrant neighbors, colleagues, parishioners, community leaders, friends, and loved ones—including Dreamers and the essential workers who have risked their lives to serve and protect American communities." "The bill further supports familes by more explicitly including permanent partnerships and eliminating discrimination facing LGBTQ+ families."

The Biden Administration ended the "Remain in Mexico" policy.

Among many other things, a key point of President Biden's education plan has been the advancement of "Educational Equity." "For too many Americans—including students of color, children with disabilities, English learners, LGBTQ+ students, students from low-income families, and other underserved students—the promise of a high-quality education has gone unfulfilled for generations... Taken together, the unprecedented investments already made in the American Rescue Plan—along with those proposed in the Build Back Better Agenda—will devote historic and vitally-needed resources that unlock opportunity for millions of Americans. These investments in evidence-based approaches will shore up schools struggling with the aftermath of COVID-19, tackle inter-generational educational disparities, address the holistic needs of children, and incentivize states to help our schools rebuild on a stronger and more equitable foundation."

"Joe Biden opposes the Trump/(Betsy) DeVos conception of ‘school choice,’ which is private school vouchers that would destroy our public schools. He's also against for-profit and low-performing charter schools, and believes in holding all charter schools accountable. He does not oppose districts letting parents choose to send their children to public magnet schools, high-performing public charters or traditional public schools."

Not a direct answer, but President Biden actually increased the Policing budget in 2022. A White House fact sheet released in March contained the following: "President Biden’s fiscal year 2023 budget requests a fully paid-for new investment of approximately $35 billion to support law enforcement and crime prevention – in addition to the President’s $2 billion discretionary request for these same programs."

In 2021, following a mass shooting in Colorado, President Biden told the media: “We can ban assault weapons and high-capacity magazines in this country once again. I got that done when I was a senator. It passed. It was the law for the longest time. And it brought down these mass killings. We should do it again."

In 2022, ABC News reported that "President Joe Biden remains unmoved on the issue of court expansion. "When asked about the expansion issue, White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre told reporters aboard Air Force One, "That is something that the president does not agree with. That is not something that he wants to do."

President Biden signed the "Respect for Marriage" act into law in 2022. In a corresponding statement, the President said the following. "Today, Congress took a critical step to ensure that Americans have the right to marry the person they love. The House’s bipartisan passage of the Respect for Marriage Act- by a significant margin- will give peace of mind to millions of LGBTQI+ and interracial couples who are now guaranteed the rights and protections to which they and their children are entitled."

President Biden issued an executive order "Enabling All Qualified Americans to Serve Their Country in Uniform." Included in that order is the following, credited to the Secretary of Defense in 2016, and then reaffirmed by the President: "The Secretary of Defense also concluded that it was appropriate to create a process that would enable service members to take steps to transition gender while serving... It is my judgment that the Secretary of Defense’s 2016 conclusions remain valid." President Biden goes on to quote a group of former U.S. Army Surgeons General: "Transgender troops are as medically fit as their non-transgender peers and that there is no medically valid reason — including a diagnosis of gender dysphoria — to exclude them from military service or to limit their access to medically necessary care." Further down the document (Sec. 3, (a)) it states "These steps shall include establishing a process by which transgender service members may transition gender while serving."

"I have the great advantage of my faith, the Catholic Social Doctrine, and my political views coincide." (0:01-0:09)

In 2014, then Vice President Biden called Republican efforts to establish voter identification requirements "an attempt to repress minority voting masquerading as an attempt to end corruption."

In an interview with the New York Times Editorial Board, Biden was asked, "Speaking of those other candidates, several of them have proposed major structural reforms to our government and to our democracy. These include abolishing the Electoral College, expanding the size of the Supreme Court, setting term limits for justices, abolishing the legislative filibuster. Which, if any of these, do you support?" His response was, "None." They then asked, "Why not?" He responded, "Because that structural change requires constitutional amendments. It raises problems that are more damaging than the problem that exists."

In 2021, President Biden signed an Executive Order "Advancing Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility in the Federal government." The following is excerpted from a White House Fact Sheet on the Executive Order: "Even with decades of progress building a Federal workforce that looks like America, the enduring legacies of employment discrimination, systemic racism, and gender inequality are still felt today."

The Biden Administration announced a proposed change to the Title IX regulations in 2022, attempting to protect trans-athletes rights. A fact sheet from the Department of Education had the following excerpt: "The proposed rule would establish that policies violate Title IX when they categorically ban transgender students from participating on sports teams consistent with their gender identity just because of who they are."

On the first day President Biden was in office, he released the executive order "Protecting Public Health and the Environment and Restoring Science to Tackle the Climate Crisis." The following is an excerpt from that order: "Where the Federal Government has failed to meet that commitment in the past, it must advance environmental justice. ...the Federal Government must be guided by the best science and be protected by processes that ensure the integrity of Federal decision-making. It is, therefore, the policy of my Administration to listen to the science; to improve public health and protect our environment; to ensure access to clean air and water; to limit exposure to dangerous chemicals and pesticides; to hold polluters accountable, including those who disproportionately harm communities of color and low-income communities; to reduce greenhouse gas emissions; to bolster resilience to the impacts of climate change"

President Biden believes renewable energy (I.E., solar, wind, etc.) to be the best source of energy.
