OTHER INFORMATION

QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

Only to save the life of the mother.

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Strongly Agree

No one's tax money should be used to murder a sweet, cute, innocent baby.

I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.

Agree

However, I am opposed to using tax money under this law.

ECONOMY

What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?

I strongly believe that "taxation is theft", which means, there should be a complete repealing of all taxes within the borders of MI.

What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?

I would cut MI's total spending budget by about 95%.

Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

Strongly Disagree

I believe there should not be any taxpayer-funded education at all.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Strongly Disagree

If an employee's "moral and/or religious beliefs" conflict with their employer's stated policy/policies, that person is free to leave.

Under what circumstances can government close churches?

None!!

HEALTHCARE

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.

D) Tax-payer-funded health care MUST be abolished in all forms and Medicaid/Medicare MUST be de-funded. And I must add this point too, however much an individual and or company has put into medicare, I believe there MUST be a reimbursement system created.

Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?

No government entity should be allowed to, however, in the private sector, the employer should be allowed. Now, if any employee opposes a vaccine mandate, that employee is free to retire or leave.

NATIONAL SECURITY

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?

Everything within the US Constitution.

I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.

Strongly Disagree

I believe the BDS movement is anti-Semitic.

IMMIGRATION

The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

Strongly Agree

I support using the military, building an impenetrable wall, digging a moat, and having a land mine field too. And of course, having border patrol officers.

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

There should be about a two percent limit from each country, each person should be vetted, and each person must have a sponsor.

EDUCATION

I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.

Strongly Agree

I support getting gov't out of the education business completely. This means, no gov't fees, licenses, permits, regulations, etc. And no taxes either.

VALUES

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.

Strongly Agree

I support adding gender identity as a specially protected class in non-discrimination laws.

Strongly Disagree

I fully support individual rights not "group rights". I am opposed to any and all "non-discrimination laws" for the private sector.

Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition

Strongly Agree

I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

Strongly Disagree

CRT is racist. It advocates the racist idea that White Americans are the oppressors and every other race are victims.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I believe there is a God and I am a Christian.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

Stopping voter fraud is very important to me.

What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?

For starters, walk-in voting only. No early voting beyond the weekend before election day. All ballots MUST be printed in English. No non-US citizen voting. No provisional ballots. No mass mail-out ballots.

EQUALITY

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

No!!!

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

Strongly Disagree

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.

I support the idea that the real answer to "environmental problems isn't to expand the reach of gov't, but to shrink it". Also, I believe polluters should pay their victims after being convicted.

I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.

Strongly Agree

ABOUT YOU

What do you think is the general purpose of government?

To defend, life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Choose not to answer

Since there isn't a/any box/boxes for Libertarians, I selected the "choose not to answer" box. However, I am very much a Libertarian through and through.

Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).

a) I attended 3 anti-Governor Gretchen Whitmer protests in 2020, twice in the rain. I was interviewed by a few TV and print news media. b) This is a letter dated 4.18.2006, to the Detroit Free Press about the Michigan Civil Rights Initiative: Will State Proposal Hurt Women? And a letter on 7.19.2006 to The Metro Times: Letters To The Editor

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

No.

What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?

If I am elected, among other issues, I will sponsor/co-sponsor (a) bill(s) to repeal the no-fault law. To repeal all gov't fees, licenses, permits, regulations, etc within MI. That includes all taxes within MI too. I am a defender of individual rights, and the free market and I have a clean record. Also, I support the idea of reducing the power of all politicians, within MI to control residents. I strongly support the notion that "taxation is theft". We must have a part-time legislature body. That would include cutting their pay, perks, staff size, benefits, etc. in half.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.

Strongly Agree

I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.

Strongly Disagree

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

None! Law-abiding citizens have far too many restrictions now. 100% of them should be repealed.

Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.

Strongly Disagree

I support suing the violent scum bag(s).
