Please defend your answer to the previous question by referencing your publicly available track record.

s a State Representative, I have been an outspoken advocate for fiscal responsibility and family values. During my tenure, we have eliminated Michigan’s $1.5 billion structural deficit, reduced the state’s long-term liabilities, and positioned Michigan to compete for 21st century jobs. Now, for the first time in years, Michigan has attracted business investment, and young people are moving into our state for job opportunities. I am also proud to say that I have never missed a vote in over 5 years, having a 100% voting record to date.

Additional comment from candidate:

I am a lifelong resident of the 10th Congressional District and owner of a small business that has served the District's families and other small business owners for over 30 years. I first ran for office to help create and preserve an outstanding quality of life for the families and constituents in my community and am driven by the legacy that we will leave for our children and grandchildren.
