OTHER INFORMATION

QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Human life begins at conception and deserves legal protection at every stage until natural death.

Disagree

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds or grants from federal, state, or local governments.

Agree

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

That is a decision for families and their healthcare providers to make. I however do not support government funding of abortion.

ECONOMY

It is the government’s responsibility to be sure everyone has a livable income.

Strongly Disagree

Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.

Strongly Agree

Congress should pass a balanced budget amendment to the Constitution.

Strongly Agree

What role should government play in boosting the economy?

Removing burdensome regulations. Removing protectionist policies that favor some companies over others. Remove corporatism that subsidizes businesses. Open up trade so consumers can have choices in the goods they want.

What changes should be made to the tax code?

I would like to get ride of the IRS, but that is highly unlikely to happen. Removing our complex loophole ridden system that most people cannot navigate. The government since before I was born has put us in 21 Trillion dollars of debt. This has to be fought down but not with an insane tax system.

What is the best way to bring down unemployment?

A free market. Politicians have been promising jobs since before I was born. Government only creates government jobs. These are not sustainable nor do they provide for our market. Removing market burdens opens up the market to create jobs. Make it easy to open business and remove absurd employment and regulator burdens that make starting a business to hard.

How would you guarantee Social Security benefits for future generations?

I would want to taper it off at some point. Our current SS system is a failure because it is a large IOU. Government has not saved peoples money. They spent it. We need to put that saving power back in the hands of people.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Governments should not discriminate against individuals, organizations or small businesses because of their belief that marriage is only a union of one man and one woman.

Strongly Agree

Governments should define marriage as between one man and one woman; no other definition of marriage should be legalized or supported with taxpayer or public funds.

Strongly Disagree

Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.

No Answer

HEALTHCARE

It is the government’s responsibility to be sure everyone has health insurance.

Strongly Disagree

How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?

Removing government market manipulation that has been going on since WW II. Government has been getting increasingly involved since then causes prices to increase. Remove burdens that open up market options while putting power back in consumer hands to shape the market.

NATIONAL SECURITY

I am in favor of construction of a wall and other necessary infrastructure on our border that gives complete control over entering and exiting the United States.

Strongly Disagree

The United States should help defend Israel from attack by its enemies.

Strongly Disagree

Islamic law (Sharia) should take precedence over national and state laws where there are Islamic majority communities in the U. S.

Strongly Disagree

I support sanctuary cities.

Agree

The United States should protect its sovereignty from the United Nations.

Strongly Agree

The best way to maintain peace is through a strong military.

Disagree

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of radical Islamic terrorism?

Stop endless war that causes blowback. Endless war that is costing us trillions is an attack upon our country just as any bomb is. We need to take a hard look at terrorist networks and stop vaguely fighting the idea of terrorism. Swapping military leaders constantly in hope of one doing something right is not a solution. Dumping money blindly to support weak leaders in other states is not a solution. It is a hard problem that we are not really dealing with by constant money are partisan rhetoric. Education, trade, and peacemaking is much harder then spending more money on bullets and treated the lives of our military service members cheaply. it has to stop.

EDUCATION

Tuition-free public education should be guaranteed through college.

Strongly Disagree

VALUES

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which permitted our system of limited government.

No Answer

People should be allowed to use public restrooms, showers, and changing rooms based on "gender identity."

Neutral

What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?

Power corrupts all of us. Central power creates a central powerful area for people to rule over each other and abuse one another. If government is little more than a club for us to beat each other with the we all lose. Power should be treated as the danger and burden it is.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I hold not spiritual believes but I do believe in freedom of thought and life. People should be free to pursue their believes and happiness as they see fit as long as they do not harm others. My values come from my libertarian ideals about respecting others and their liberty. If I do not respect the freedoms of others then I do not respect my own.

What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?

Our current government is filled with lawyers and full time politicians. They are the ones that everyone is upset with. I have a set of principles for smaller government. I am a programmer with a decent understanding of technology and science. I am just a normal citizen that wants a government to quit spending our futures on unfulfilled promises.

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?

I would like to thank you for actually reading through this to learn about me. Citizens informing themselves about candidates is sadly rare. Thanks for your time.

I support the death penalty.

Strongly Disagree
