The decision to abort a fetus should belong only to the woman carrying the fetus. Government and everyone else should have NO decisionmaking power.

14. What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers within the Constitution?
Governments have historically been seized and manipulated for selfish purposes by parasites and preditors,(which is America's present situation). Our Founders fully understood that danger, and placed limits (in plain English) on the power of the government to govern, by specifically protecting the rights and liberties of the people.

My name is Dennis Hawver, and I am the Libertarian candidate for U.S. Congress, Second District, Kansas. I was born in 1943 in Topeka Kansas I graduated from Topeka High, Washburn University with a bachelor’s degree in history and political science, and Washburn Law School. I am married to my high school sweetheart Jolayne Lyon Hawver, and live and practice law outside of Ozawkie, Kansas. I served six years as a United States Air Force combat intelligence officer, and I am a 1967-68 Vietnam vet. My religious beliefs are personal and private.

American MENSA, American Legion, Kansas and Jefferson County Bar Association. Hawaii Bar Association, Libertarian Party, Mankind Project. Pro bono work in my law practice.
