God, Constitution, (balance among:)Congress, Supreme Court and Executive Branch. The states ratified the Constitution, not the Voters.

14. What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers within the Constitution?

Checks and Balance is most effective way to restrain power, especially when absolute power corrupts absolutely. Also, my mantra is: transparency, accountability and consequences; regrettably, mainstream media is disappointing us.

15. Please list your educational, military and vocational history, and any church and civic leadership positions held, and political positions held or sought.

Army two years, 1967 -9. Bachelor of Science Mechanical Engineering. Civilian Mechanical Engineer for US Dept of Navy. I'm a member of my county Liquor Board. In 2004 I ran for State House District 38.

16. What charitable, educational, religious, or political organizations have you been affiliated with as a member, contributor, or volunteer?

Chess clubs at local Library and middle school. I've been very active with the Libertarian Party of Colorado, that believes in social tolerance and fiscal responsibility. The World's Smallest Political Quiz is an indicator of reasonable libertarian beliefs. Also, I'm involved with Approval Voting USA, which advocates for the alternative voting method of letting the voter vote for more than one candidate. With this change there will be fewer spoilers and less sabotage for major parties; more viability and visibility for minor parties, and more pragmatic honesty for the voters.

17. Please list, up to six (6) in number, the endorsements (groups or individuals) you would most like to promote.

Colorado union of Taxpayers, Libertarian Party, Advocate's for Self Government and their World's Smallest Political Quiz. Approval Voting USA - Not vote for only one; but "Vote for one or more."
