OTHER INFORMATION

QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Strongly Agree

Abortion is murder

I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.

Strongly Disagree

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

Every effort should be made to save the life of the baby and the mother. It is never necessary to intentionally kill either one. If the best efforts to save the baby fail, that is not a crime. Intentionally killing is murder.

ECONOMY

Redistribution of income is needed to lessen the gap between the wealthy and working classes.

Strongly Disagree

Charity is OK. Taxation is theft.

The government should cut spending in order to reduce the national debt.

Strongly Agree

Not just to reduce the national debt (cutting spending will not do that), but because the spending is on unconstitutional programs (which are also wasteful and harmful), and because taxation is theft.

What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?

It should be repealed. The IRS should be abolished. Taxation is theft.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.

Strongly Agree

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Strongly Disagree

Forcibly required services is the very definition of slavery.

What should be the relationship between the church and the state?

Confused question. Which "church" is "THE church?" The State (Federal Government) has no constitutional authority to impose any requirements on any church.

HEALTHCARE

Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?

Government: under no circumstances. Schools (private) and employers can require anything they want.

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.

D.

NATIONAL SECURITY

With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.

D.

I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.

Neutral

The Arab citizens of Israel, who comprise slightly more than one-fifth of Israel’s total population, possess the same rights as Jewish Israelis under the law.

The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.

Agree

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?

Bring all U.S. soldiers home from the middle east, stop bombing Muslim countries, cut off all foreign aid. "No entangling alliances." Sell federal properties to make restitution to Muslim victims of U.S. aggression.

IMMIGRATION

The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

Strongly Disagree

http://KevinCraig.us/immigration.htm

State and federal funds shall be denied to any public or private entity, such as a sanctuary city, that is not in compliance with immigration laws.

Neutral

Cut all federal funds to all public or private entities, regardless of compliance with immigration laws, because such funding is theft from taxpayers and unconstitutional subversion of federalism. http://KevinCraig.us/immigration13.htm

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

Anyone, under any circumstances. Both Americans and foreigners are endowed by our Creator with unalienable rights. Immigrants are entitled to the protection of the Bill of Rights. Immigrants should not be treated differently than U.S citizens: due process and presumption of innocence; Immigrants must respect the property rights of others. Abolish all federal handouts to immigrants. https://KevinCraig.us/missions.htm

VALUES

Sexual orientation and gender identity should be protected classes in non-discrimination laws.

Strongly Disagree

"Sexual orientation" actually means "violating the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God." People should be free to "discriminate" even if I find their reasoning distasteful. https://KevinCraig.us/homosexuality.htm

I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

Disagree

I agree that anti-black racism among whites was a problem in the past. I do not believe U.S. institutions are still racist against blacks. A more serious problem today is anti-white racism among Democrats, both white and black. Black children who do their homework and seek to develop good habits are bullied as "Uncle Toms," "race betrayers" and "Oreos" (black on the outside, white on the inside) by age-mates of their own race. Black violence is a more serious problem today than white violence.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

My campaign theme is "Liberty Under God." Because I am a Christian, I am a pacifist (against violence). http://KevinCraig.us/6th-murder.htm https://KevinCraig.us/8th-steal.htm Because I am a pacifist, I am opposed to the State, which is a "Monopoly of violence." I am the only candidate in this race who takes the oath seriously http://KevinCraig.us/oath.htm and will not vote for any budget which appropriates one penny toward unconstitutional programs. A free market raises standards of living.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Disagree

Blacks are not genetically incapable of procuring photo ID, as Democrats seem to believe.

What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?

Paper ballots only. Encourage Election-Day in-person voting.

EQUALITY

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

Neutral

Generally I disagree with this proposal because of the implied baggage it carries. If Smith can prove that his ancestor was wronged by the ancestor of Jones, and this damage can be quantified, then Smith is entitled to damages. It has to be worked through legally on a case-by-case, individual basis. Not simply on the basis of race without regard to personal history.

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

No. If "racism" is a problem, it is a problem with blacks who are victims of educational malpractice at the hands of Democrats and commit crimes endangering the domestic security.

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.

Neutral

Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.

A.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.

Disagree

I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.

Agree
