OTHER INFORMATION

QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Strongly Agree

I am personally opposed to abortion. I oppose government funding of abortions. I don’t believe there should be any specific law for or against abortion. I consider abortion murder, and we have plenty of laws that already prohibit murder.

I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.

Disagree

Take the word "laws" out

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

To save the mother's life.

ECONOMY

Redistribution of income is needed to lessen the gap between the wealthy and working classes.

Strongly Disagree

Government intervention is not justified. Further, government interference on behalf of some citizens at the expense of others is inherently unfair.

The government should cut spending in order to reduce the national debt.

Strongly Agree

If elected, I will immediately propose legislation to dissolve these three departments and their agencies: HHS, Labor, Homeland Security

What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?

The income tax should be eliminated.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.

Disagree

Freedom of religion must be total and unqualified in the private sector. Government should not discriminate in its own policies in terms of religion, but it should also get out of areas like education, where it only creates intractable and unsolvable religious controversies.

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Strongly Disagree

Get rid of the word "required"

What should be the relationship between the church and the state?

Freedom of religion must be total and unqualified in the private sector. Government should not discriminate in its own policies in terms of religion, but it should also get out of areas like education, where it only creates intractable and unsolvable religious controversies.

HEALTHCARE

Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?

No circumstance.

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.

There should be a truly free market in healthcare without government restrictions or excessive limitations. Consumers should be able to buy health insurance across state lines and without joining a group or in a market distorted by government incentives or subsidies.

NATIONAL SECURITY

With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.

Foreign intervention is only when a case can be made that the legitimate defensive and security interests of the United States is directly involved.

I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.

Disagree

This is none of our business

The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.

Disagree

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?

This can't be done. Evil will always exist, you can't wipe out evil. Having said that, the military should be robust and state-of-the-art. It should be adequate to defend all enemies all the time.

IMMIGRATION

The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

Disagree

Open borders for all who enter peacefully and do not pose a threat by relying on the state or welfare measures.

State and federal funds shall be denied to any public or private entity, such as a sanctuary city, that is not in compliance with immigration laws.

Neutral

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

Anyone.

VALUES

Sexual orientation and gender identity should be protected classes in non-discrimination laws.

Strongly Disagree

Governments should keep their hands out of this altogether.

I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

Strongly Disagree

CRT is absurd

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

Freedom of religion must be total and unqualified in the private sector. Government should not discriminate in its own policies in terms of religion, but it should also get out of areas like education, where it only creates intractable and unsolvable religious controversies.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?

If the federal and state governments were limited to their few constitutional functions, politicians would not be able to bestow favors to special interests. Some politicians abuse their power and strip citizens of their inherent rights and liberties without just election processes.

EQUALITY

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

Strongly Disagree

Absurd

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

NO.

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.

Strongly Agree

There should be a free market for energy without government subsidies or excessive regulation. If energy production causes demonstrable harm, producers should be subject to civil penalties.

Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.

A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy.

ABOUT YOU

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Conservative

I believe the government has only three essential functions. First and foremost, protecting our personal security and the nation’s defense against foreign military aggression is a proper constitutional power and burden of the federal government.

Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).

Did not answer

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

No, No, and No

What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?

I believe in a limited government. Individuals should be free to make choices for themselves and accept responsibility for the choices they make. The Libertarian way approaches politics based on the principle of self-ownership — no group, government, or individual should be allowed to dictate or direct the life of any other group, government, or individual. I’m running for US Congress Missouri CD2. If elected, I will immediately propose legislation to dissolve these three departments and their agencies: Department Total Payroll Department of Health and Human Services $879,000,000,000 Department of Labor $138,000,000,000 Department of Homeland Security $122,450,000,000 3 Department Summary $1,139,450,000,000 Share Per Taxpayer $15,777

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.

Strongly Disagree

In a free society, crimes would be limited to aggression against persons and property, including fraud. So-called “victimless crime” laws are incompatible with liberty. Today, drug laws are among the most destructive, counter-productive, and anti-freedom laws on the books.

I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.

Strongly Disagree

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

The private ownership and use of firearms or other weapons in a non-invasive way are fully legitimate. Government regulation, licensing, and registration of guns should be abolished.

Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.

Agree

Sue whoever you want. Then prove liability.
