BA in Mathematics, Minor in History from UCCS, 16 years regular Army, 6 Years Active Reserve, Squad Leader in Desert Storm, Retired USAR in 1998 as a Staff Sergeant. I am a Substitute Teacher and have been since 1996. I have been a Sunday School Teacher at many Army Chapels and at Unity-in-the-Rockies,I was the chief usher there for two years and am currently a platform assistant, which I have done in the past as well. This is my first public office sought. I was a member at large of the governing board of the United Court of the Pikes Peak Empire, a gay charatable organazation which was an elected position.

17. What charitable, educational, religious, or political organizations have you been affiliated with as a member, contributor, or volunteer?

I am a member of Unity-in-the Rockies. I am also a member of All Souls Unitarian Universalist. both churches know that I support the other and have no problems. I am a member of the UCPPE. I was a member of the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics , but can no longer afford the dues. I joined the Libertarian Party in 1980, but again couldn't afford the dues and let my membership lapse until 2010.
