14. Briefly list three (3) political or legislative issues of most concern to you, and explain why each is important to you.

reinvestment in infrastructure; our nation's economy and defense can more readily grow and serve the nation if our lines of transportation, communication and trade are top notch reform of government bureaucracy and spending. There needs to be a honest look at how our Federal government is run and how we spend money. tax reform. we are still working from the same tax code written in 1916. it is time we look at reforming the Internal Revenue Code

15. Should abortion be allowed under extenuating circumstances? If so, what circumstances?

Roe V Wade makes is allowable for the first trimester; beyond that I would contend that no amount of laws will end abortion. making it illegal will only end safe abortions for the woman. Even before Roe v Wade there were abortions, they were done in back room Doctor's Offices and other horrid conditions that in many cases killed the woman as well. You want to end abortion? Invest in sex education, tell young people the dangers of unsafe sex. allow for contraceptives and birth control to be more readily available. Colorado which does this has seen a 40 percent drop in teen pregnancy and a 35 percent drop in abortions; Texas has the 5th highest teen pregnancy rate and the highest repeat teen pregnancy rate.

16. Based on the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution, please arrange the following entities, starting with the highest source of authority, and continue the list in descending order of authority, skipping any that do not apply: Academia, Congress, Constitution, God, Industry, Media, Professional Sports, Supreme Court, Voters.

I would state that the voters are number one, with the Constitution as number 2. this followed by the Congress, The Executive Branch and Supreme Court equally under the Constitution

17. Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

roman catholic, and beyond that using my constitutional right of religion really none of your business
