OTHER IMPORTANT ISSUES
Human life begins at conception and deserves legal protection at every stage until natural death.
Neutral
I am in favor of construction of a wall and other necessary infrastructure on our border that gives complete control over entering and exiting the United States.
Disagree
Governments should not discriminate against individuals, organizations or small businesses because of their belief that marriage is only a union of one man and one woman.
Agree
Governments should define marriage as between one man and one woman; no other definition of marriage should be legalized or supported with taxpayer or public funds.

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
While I am personally pro-life, I believe the government should have no say in any health care matter, abortion included. Any decision on this matter should be left to the family and doctor(s).
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of radical Islamic terrorism?
The only way radical Islamic terror will end is through a reformation within Islam itself, the United States should stay out of the Middle East militarily and allow just that to happen.
What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?
Knowing what happened with their religious freedoms before they left England. By preventing the government from sponsoring a particular religion there will be religious freedom for all.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
My spiritual beliefs are personal, however I do read the bible regularly and have been through classes that make me a Certified Lay Preacher. I have been leading church services on a fill in basis since 1993.
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?
Somewhat Conservative

How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?
By opening it to the free market and allowing people to purchase plans across state lines and even from Canada and Mexico. People should be able to purchase plans that fit their needs like major medical only and use HSAs for regular doctor visits. Propose tort reform to keep prevent insanely high awards. Get Cannabis off Schedule One so it can be used to treat patients as opposed to giving them a chemical constructed opiate that is much more expensive and highly addictive.
What role should government play in boosting the economy?
The less the better, that goes for taxes as well.
What changes should be made to the tax code?
A low flat tax would be a great start. A dollar for dollar tax credit for charitable donations to help spur volunteerism one again.
What is the best way to bring down unemployment?
Allow the market place to determine the wage, not a minimum wage.
How would you guarantee Social Security benefits for future generations?
In order for Social Security to remain solvent in the short term there has to be a combination of means testing and removing the contribution cap. However, over the long term, people need to be weened off SS and placed into a voluntary program where their contributions go into a private 401k type account where they control how their money is invested and they can see that there money is actually in their own account and not being borrowed by the government.
What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?
Being a driver for United Parcel Service I have a unique connection with business owners of all types and their needs. I am part of the work force that feels the pain when politicians fail us which gives me a particular perspective that the major party candidates do not have.
