With just a few presidential primaries and caucuses complete, the process of choosing our next president is well underway—some would even say it's almost over.
Did you know: the timing and type of elections look different in each state—some conduct primaries; others hold caucuses. Some place the presidential primary on the same ballot as down-ballot races, while other states hold the presidential primary on a separate day, even a separate month, from other races.
So, while we wait for one candidate in each party to get the official nod from their convention delegates, let's see how much we know about the process as a whole!
