Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.

Conservative

Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.

I have no public record of my political positions

What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?

I do not believe that education qualifies anyone for public office. In many ways universal liberties taken by the academic elite has eroded the American model of government. This is not difficult. I am a working class American who strives to represent the common sense forgotten American.

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

No

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?

I am a simple man who never saw myself getting into the government but what is happening needs the input of a normal working class man who works for a living.

Judicial Philosophy

I support the use of Sharia law as a basis for legislation and judicial decisions in the United States.

Strongly Disagree

Criminal Justice

Mandatory minimum sentencing should be required and enforced for violent crimes.

The only restrictions I see necessary are that gun owners pass a brief psychological evaluation.

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

I support the legalization of recreational marijuana.

Neutral

The Electoral College should be abolished.

Strongly Disagree

In priority order, what three areas of legislation do you propose to author or sponsor if elected?

Private sector business promotion Parental sovereignty for children School choice

No. I am a Hispanic born and raised in Paterson, NJ. I have a diverse background in my family and racism has been fought and legislated against successfully in this country. To understand and feel real racism one just needs to travel outside the U.S. which I have done and confirmed.
