Human life begins at conception and deserves legal protection at every stage until natural death.
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds or grants from federal, state, or local governments.
I support the Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, which requires health care providers to provide life-saving treatment for infants who survive an attempted abortion.
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
I call on all people of faith to join together to end the need for abortion. I have had a standing offer for over a decade that we can go to an abortion clinic, and find a woman in danger of seeking an abortion, and offer her three years of housing so she can get an education, have her baby, learn to raise it, and become self sufficient. With your pledge of as little as a hundred per month, for 36 months, together we can save two lives. Until we, people of faith, stand ready to bear that burden, we have no right to demand that a mother bear a burden she is not ready to bear, that will result in a life of poverty for her and her child.
It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has a livable income.
Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.
How would you guarantee Social Security benefits for future generations?
As we pay down the national debt, the funds that accrue will be adequate to loan, invest, and cover the shortfalls in Social Security and Medicare, monthly, preventing those additions to the national debt. Then we can start to privatize, with teens today paying all of their 12.4% to their own private account, 20 somethings paying 20% to Social Security, and 80% to their private account. 30 somethings pay 40% to Social Security, 40 somethings pay 60% to SS 50s pay 80% to Social Security and us old folks pay our entire 100% of that 12.4% to Social Security. We will only get one check. All others will get two, of varying sizes, and SS will end with the death of today's 20 somethings.
What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?
All of those aforementioned transfer payments that can readily be replaced with loans that originate in the Fed, and do not come out of general revenue. This will give us time to reduce or eliminate other government expenditures, not least of which is reduction in the cost of servicing the national debt.
Under what circumstances should taxpayers help pay off existing student loans?
If the states choose to forgive loans they underwrote for students, that is the right of the state. I propose that Congress make all student loans eligible for balance transfers to the fund that accrues as we pay down the national debt, as low as 5% on a term loan, so the student can get out of debt, and get on with their life. All repayment reduces our national debt, while they dig themselves out.
Governments should not discriminate against individuals, organizations or small businesses because of their belief that marriage is only a union of one man and one woman.
Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.
I promise to protect the freedom of Christians to share the Gospel and to practice Biblical principles.

What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
This country was founded by people of many religions. Many had come from countries that forced them to worship in an official manner. They wanted a high wall, and built one into the first Amendment. Congress, nor the states, shall make no law regarding the establishment of a religion. All religions are equally prevented from being the official religion. State or federal funding for any religion must thus favor all religions.
It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has health insurance.
I support the elimination of private healthcare insurance.
How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?
Let's allow organizations to negotiate healthcare coverage for their members. Let all insurers state publicly on their website what they will pay for a service. Let providers state publicly what they will charge for a service. Let the consumer choose between membership insurance, employer coverage, or ACA, let them choose their provider, and the level of service they need. Let's restore complete competition to healthcare., and watch the prices fall. There is no need for the US to have the most expensive healthcare in the world.
The best way to maintain peace is through a strong military.
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of radical Islamic terrorism?
Terrorism finds its adherents in poverty and ignorance. To eradicate terrorists, we must help those they rely on for cannon fodder prosperous, and to do that, we must help them to get an education. My debt reduction plan will supplant foreign aid with loans, so that governments can help their people build infrastructure, and more loans to entrepreneurs in their countries, so they can build factories to make goods for domestic consumption, and in the process, create a middle class that can afford to buy from us, and prosper, so their own people have a future of peace, without which they might fall into the clutches of the terrorist gangs. If we couple this with the steadfast determination that any attack on Americans will result in a measured and deadly response, we will give them pause, and perhaps they will be swept up in the prosperity that peace brings, and sin no more.
I am in favor of construction of a wall and other necessary infrastructure on our border that gives complete control over entering and exiting the United States.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) should be abolished.
State and federal funds should be denied to any public or private entity, including but not limited to sanctuary cities, that are not in compliance with immigration laws.
Employers should be required to use E-verify to confirm the eligibility of their employees to work in the United States.
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
Any who want to enter our nation should be able to. Let them pay for entry, and sign an affidavit stating that they are not eligible for federal benefits. Issue them an ITIN and let their tax return become their renewable Green Card, if they will include an extra 10% of income as an investment in the America they love so much that they will pay for the opportunity to live here. We can readily do a background check with their initial info.
Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.
Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality that is necessary for our system of limited government.
I support adding sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression as protected classes in non-discrimination laws.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I believe in the God of Abraham, and His Son, Jesus Christ. I believe that we must render unto Caesar as our Lord admonished, but only that which is Caesars. We are not to judge, lest we be judged. Assuredly, all will get their reward from God, in God's time. None of us are perfect, so why demand our impaired version of perfection from others?
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?
Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.
My goal is to reduce the national debt, in part by allowing the immigrant to pay for entry and pay to stay, with all revenue generated being dedicated solely to debt reduction. Every dime thus generated is freed to loan, so that the repayment of those loans reduces the debt, in turn, dollar for dollar, and is then available to loan again. Let those loans replace all foreign aid, all farm aid, all disaster relief. Let grants, road and bridge bills, infrastructure repair bills, pension assistance to local governments, economic stimulus packages, anything that now pays someone else with taxpayer dollars, be replaced by loans, that do not come out of the taxpayers pocket. Each of these can be loans. Each of these can fill immediate needs. Each of these can reduce the national debt by repayment. Once these have reduced the debt to nothing, eliminating it, lets eliminate income tax, and pay for what's left of government without taxpayer expense.
Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.
Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?
We are on the cusp of a bright future, with universal liberty and prosperity. Debt reduction is key, as is drug use decriminalization and immigration reform. We will end the poverty that holds so many back, not with gifts, but with enabling loans, that will benefit all, as they are repaid. We will reunite this nation, on the march toward a bright future. We will free our children from the burdens of debt, and taxation. We will heal our people, we will heal our planet, we will find world peace, with free and fair trade. We will help our brethren in other nations find the prosperity that will enable them to be our freely trading partners, and along the way, we will end war, and achieve lasting peace on earth

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
We must address racism, for it is a threat to our national security. We must be that shining city on the hill, that place of equal opportunity, and equal protection, under the law. Our law enforcement officers have a grave responsibility, because rule of law depends on their enforcing it fairly for all. Some among their ranks have failed, and left open to question whether we are a nation of laws, or a tyranny. This must never be open to doubt. The ugliness that the recent killings, George Floyd, Breonne Taylor, have unleashed is a grave threat. Protests devolve into rioting and looting, weakening the fabric of society that the protesters seek to strengthen. The lawlessness calls out those who would preserve our wonderful nation, but who tinge the narrative with racism. We must be better. We must restore the dream, where all may walk, unafraid, into their own bright future.
