Parents and and properly trained and vetted teacher. Puberty may be a good age but discretion needs to be exercised due to level of maturity of children at different stages.

The kids are eventually going to learn about all and more of the topics listed. If at all possible sex ed should be taught only after a certain level of maturity and in discussion with parents (parents need to be actively involved).

I love God and I love people. I am a family man with an intelligent and supportive wife, and a couple of amazing kids; so will do everything in my power to make PISD the best it can be.
