Right to Life

Human life begins at conception and deserves legal protection at every stage until natural death.

Strongly Agree

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds or grants from federal, state, or local governments.

Strongly Agree

I support the Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, which requires health care providers to provide life-saving treatment for infants who survive an attempted abortion.

Strongly Agree

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

In the case where the mothers life is threatened such as with an ectopic pregnancy where the baby can not survive where implanted and the mother will likely die and will be unable to have any future children if the pregnancy is permitted to continue

It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has a livable income.

Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.

Strongly Agree

What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?

Thankfully Missouri has a balanced budget amendment and for now our budget is balanced, though we may have to look at the way we allow petition amendments that exceed the states income.

Religious Liberty

Governments should not discriminate against individuals, organizations or small businesses because of their belief that marriage is only a union of one man and one woman.

Strongly Agree

Governments should define marriage as between one man and one woman; no other definition of marriage should be legalized or supported with taxpayer or public funds.

Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.

Strongly Agree

I promise to protect the freedom of Christians to share the Gospel and to practice Biblical principles.

What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?

When Jefferson wrote this phrase more than 20 years after the constitution was adopted he was clear that he meant that the government was not to interfere with religious practice. I think this is clear and true today. Even only a couple decades ago it was understood that religion was allowed in government but that government was not allowed to control religion.

It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has health insurance.

How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?

I would look into ways of providing group coverage options that allow MO citizens to purchase health plans in line with those often only available through employers and I would work to make plans portable so that when moving from one state to another a person could import their health plans across state lines or even purchase plans currently offered in neighboring states.

National Security

The best way to maintain peace is through a strong military.

Strongly Agree

I am in favor of construction of a wall and other necessary infrastructure on our border that gives complete control over entering and exiting the United States.

Strongly Agree

State and federal funds should be denied to any public or private entity, including but not limited to sanctuary cities, that are not in compliance with immigration laws.

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

Anyone who is self-reliant, who is willing to work hard, someone who sees hope in the future, who is willing to uphold and preserve justice, someone willing to be a participant in the country not just an observer and most of all willing to uphold The US Constitution and the values of the US.

Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.

Strongly Agree

I support adding sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression as protected classes in non-discrimination laws.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I am a Christian and my faith is very important to me. I also recognize that not everyone has the same beliefs as I do and do my best to try and view legislation with an objective point of view. For me personally I find great peace and happiness in following Jesus and I do believe that others would enjoy the same if they choose to follow him as well. I appreciate that our country has been founded on many of the principles found in the Bible from our governmental to judicial structures and many of our basic laws. The ideas that all are equal, that everyone is entitled to equal treatment under the law, that we have the rights of life, liberty and the enjoyment of the gains our own industry.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?

Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.

What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?

(Did not answer)

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?

I chose to enter this race not because I have political ambition or even thinking I know whats best for everyone. We all need to be a part of and participate in the governmental process not just on voting day, but everyday. What ever you do, take today to learn the names of your city counsel members, state and federal legislators. Look at what they vote for, what legislation they propose and contact them. Offer words of support, censure, or encouragement. Go visit them in the capitol. Support those you respect by helping their campaigns, give them your time, show them your support. Be the government not controlled by the government.

Judicial Philosophy

I support the use of Sharia law as a basis for legislation and judicial decisions in the United States.

Strongly Disagree

Criminal Justice

Mandatory minimum sentencing should be required and enforced for violent crimes.

2nd Amendment

Should teachers be allowed to carry guns at school?

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

Very few restrictions are needed as only those who follow the laws are impacted by gun laws. Criminals purchase guns and commit crimes regardless of laws and law abiding citizens have a natural right to defense. I can see preventing those who have criminal history of violence

Other Important Issues

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

I support the legalization of recreational marijuana.

The Electoral College should be abolished.

Strongly Disagree

In priority order, what three areas of legislation do you propose to author or sponsor if elected?

Education- Missouri already has some of the most affordable education anywhere in the country, we need to focus now on having not only the most affordable but also the highest quality education by allowing for education funds to follow the student. Affordable Housing- The housing in Missouri is still one of the lowest in the country. The Missouri Housing Development Commission already has some great programs and I believe we can work together to help strengthen communities and the lives of Missourians through the financing, development and preservation of affordable housing. Crime- we need to look at creating a system built around rehabilitation and reduced recidivism. Working on the 1st two agenda items I believe also works to help with reduction in crime in our state.

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
