Right to Life

Human life begins at conception and deserves legal protection at every stage until natural death.

Strongly Agree

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds or grants from federal, state, or local governments.

Strongly Agree

I support the Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, which requires health care providers to provide life-saving treatment for infants who survive an attempted abortion.

Strongly Agree

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

None. Life begins at conception.

It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has a livable income.

Strongly Disagree

Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.

Strongly Agree

How would you guarantee Social Security benefits for future generations?

Forbid any other programs to "borrow" or use funds from social security. Keep it funded through proper actuarial planning.

What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?

First, I would like to see audits of each area in the government and look for excesses and waste. I believe government programs should be given funds on a success based monitoring system. We need less bureaucracy, less red tape, less waste, more common sense in spending. In summary, I would have to have more information to answer this question properly.

Under what circumstances should taxpayers help pay off existing student loans?

I believe the entire student loan system needs overhauling. There are various investment vehicles that could be created to fund these. Students should be offered online college degrees for a fraction of the price. High Schools should have career paths for all of the trades including computer sciences. The emphasis on a college degree for everyone has only hurt our young people by saddling them with extreme debt that hinders their ability to succeed in life as earlier generations have.

Religious Liberty

Governments should not discriminate against individuals, organizations or small businesses because of their belief that marriage is only a union of one man and one woman.

Strongly Agree

Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.

Strongly Agree

I promise to protect the freedom of Christians to share the Gospel and to practice Biblical principles.

What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?

It means exactly what the constitution says: Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances. The purpose was to avoid a situation like our forefathers had experienced with the Church of England. In fact, I believe the Johnson Amendment to be unconstitutional. Churches should in fact speak out about right and wrong in our government, our elected officials and offices.

It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has health insurance.

Strongly Disagree

I support the elimination of private healthcare insurance.

Strongly Disagree

How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?

Health care was much more accessible and affordable prior to the ACA passing. I believe government needs to offer insurance to those who cannot get it or is cost prohibitive due to pre-existing conditions, which they were doing prior to the ACA via Medicaid. I believe small groups should be able to buy group health insurance at reasonable rates. I think we grossly overspend on healthcare in the US. I believe prescription drugs should be as inexpensive to Americans and Medicare as they are to the rest of the world. We should repeal the law that made it mandatory for Pharmaceutical companies to charge Medicare full retail price for prescriptions. I believe the free market should deal with health care just as it does with homeowners insurance and flood insurance being handled at the state levels.

National Security

The best way to maintain peace is through a strong military.

Strongly Agree

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of radical Islamic terrorism?

Weed out terrorist training groups in the US. Eliminate no-go zones in US. Forbid Sharia law from being practiced in US. Close any mosques that support terrorism or sharia law. Mandate assimilation into the American culture including speaking English, abiding by our laws. Enforce laws that prevent underage marriages, multiple wives, female genital mutilation, illegal immigration and other behaviors that do not conform with our culture and society.

I am in favor of construction of a wall and other necessary infrastructure on our border that gives complete control over entering and exiting the United States.

Strongly Agree

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) should be abolished.

Strongly Disagree

State and federal funds should be denied to any public or private entity, including but not limited to sanctuary cities, that are not in compliance with immigration laws.

Strongly Agree

Employers should be required to use E-verify to confirm the eligibility of their employees to work in the United States.

Strongly Agree

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

First and foremost no immigrant should be allowed that does not intend to follow our laws and that includes coming to the US illegally or under false pretenses. Second, they should be self sufficient. When my Italian Grandfather came to America, other Italians helped him get started. This is how it has worked for many years. Taxpayers should not be responsible to support immigrants. The whole purpose of the American Dream is to work hard, work honest and you will be given fair opportunity to succeed.

Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

Strongly Disagree

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.

Strongly Agree

I support adding sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression as protected classes in non-discrimination laws.

Strongly Disagree

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I believe our original laws are based on Judeo Christian laws and morals. I believe in God, in Jesus Christ as the only son of God that came to show us how to live, was crucified for our sins, died was buried and rose again. I am a non-denominational believer that refers to the Bible as the ultimate authority. I believe that if we all would obey the two great commandments we would have a wonderful world to live in. To Love the Lord God with all your heart and love your neighbor as yourself. These are the words I live by.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?

Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.

I am a conservative that supports the constitution of The United States of America as it was originally intended. I support the electoral college. I recognize we are not a democracy which is ruled by the masses but we are a Constitutional Republic that gives an equal voice to the various areas of our country. I believe in limited government, lower taxes, lower spending, free market enterprise, individual freedoms and rights conveyed by our creator. I believe the primary role of government should be infrastructure and protection from foreign threats. I believe in personal right to privacy and land ownership as well as freedom of speech and of course to bear arms. I believe individuals have a right and the ability to pursue happiness and success in this great land we call America.

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?

Criminal Justice

Mandatory minimum sentencing should be required and enforced for violent crimes.

Strongly Agree

2nd Amendment

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

Only previous criminals who committed a crime with a gun. I support the constitutional amendment that states "no government shall infringe upon the (inalienable) right to bear arms".

Other Important Issues

I support BDS (boycott, divestment, and sanction) against Israel if they refuse to allow the creation of a Palestinian state.

Strongly Disagree

I support the legalization of recreational marijuana.

Strongly Disagree

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

Strongly Disagree

The Electoral College should be abolished.

Strongly Disagree

In priority order, what three areas of legislation do you propose to author or sponsor if elected?

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

No. I believe there is still racism but it is not a threat to domestic security in the US. I believe the assumption of racism is more dangerous than any systemic racism. We are a melting pot and despite some bumps in the road Americans do a wonderful job of assimilating with new cultures as long as their principles are parallel. I will not allow or support other cultures to come into the US and try to change our culture to suit their own as many Muslims are trying to do as evidenced by no-go zones. I am appalled at the treatment of women by sharia law and it should have no place in America. I think a bigger threat to our country is trafficking of women and children. That is where we need to concentrate because trafficking is the new slavery.
