Questionnaire

Please note: Responses are entered electronically by the candidate and are listed verbatim.

Right to Life

Human life begins at conception and deserves legal protection at every stage until natural death.

Neutral

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds or grants from federal, state, or local governments.

Strongly Agree

I support the Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, which requires health care providers to provide life-saving treatment for infants who survive an attempted abortion.

Agree

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

The first trimester and possibly longer in instances of rape, incest and protecting the mothers life.

Economy

It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has a livable income.

Strongly Disagree

Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.

Strongly Agree

How would you guarantee Social Security benefits for future generations?

I would support phasing out Social Security and allow younger generations to opt out. I would back Jo Jorgensen and the Cato Institutes 6.2% solution.

What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?

All federal spending must be reduce across the board. More should be put on the states. Centralization has increased the cost of everything and the efficiency of nothing.

Under what circumstances should taxpayers help pay off existing student loans?

No circumstances. It is a contract between an individual and a private institution.

Religious Liberty

Governments should not discriminate against individuals, organizations or small businesses because of their belief that marriage is only a union of one man and one woman.

Agree

Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.

Neutral

I promise to protect the freedom of Christians to share the Gospel and to practice Biblical principles.

Yes

What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?

The government has no place to either restrict or raise above any religion and neither should be intertwined financially for any reason whatsoever.

Healthcare

It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has health insurance.

Strongly Disagree

I support the elimination of private healthcare insurance.

Strongly Disagree

How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?

Removing all barriers created by government that stifle competition, hide prices and allow for back room deals will drastically reduce pricing and creat greater access. The administrative cost of health care has out paced the price of services and supplies and created a bureaucratic nightmare that has priced out too many.

National Security

The best way to maintain peace is through a strong military.

Disagree

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of radical Islamic terrorism?

The best defense against evils and bad ideas is an equally vocal and project good idea. Holding a strong military at home while pulling out of the forever conflicts of the Middle East will end the endless cycle of blow back that we were warned about by Ron Paul. Bringing our troops home ASAP will provide us the security at home, protect our troops and allow us to be the well armed, neutral Switzerland as envision by George Washington.

Immigration

I am in favor of construction of a wall and other necessary infrastructure on our border that gives complete control over entering and exiting the United States.

Disagree

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) should be abolished.

Agree

State and federal funds should be denied to any public or private entity, including but not limited to sanctuary cities, that are not in compliance with immigration laws.

Agree

Employers should be required to use E-verify to confirm the eligibility of their employees to work in the United States.

Strongly Disagree

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

In the current welfare state, all who want to immigrate that are not proven criminals and will not be dependent on welfare upon immediate arrival.

Education

Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

Strongly Disagree

Values

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.

Disagree

I support adding sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression as protected classes in non-discrimination laws.

Neutral

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I believe that walking in the footsteps of a Jesus Christ, as best as we humanly can, is the best way to live our lives. Jesus shunned no man or women and opened his arms to all. He forgave the unforgivable of society, accepted the ostracized spread a message of love and care for ones neighbor.

Qualifications

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?

Moderate

Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.

Unfortunately this question only allowed me to answer in the sense that the political spectrum is linear. This is not the case. I believe in the small of governments. All things aside form international/interstate commerce (ie no state can place tariffs on each other and tariffs must be equal at all ports) and a strong neutral military should be completely decentralized and handled at the local level. The only other role the federal government should have is protecting individual and their God given constitutional rights.

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

No.

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?

By bringing the government back to the local level and not allowing people thousands of miles away to use each of us as their personal ATM. We will create a larger sense of community, less of a not my problem mentality and watch our society become the caring, loving and altruistic society that we all know it can be.

Criminal Justice

Mandatory minimum sentencing should be required and enforced for violent crimes.

Disagree

2nd Amendment

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

All gun laws are infringements of the second amendment. I believe that tort reform and legal liability on gun manufacturers would force retailers and manufacturers to perform the safety checks needed to safely sell a weapon of self defense. No murderer, rapist or violent individual should have access to firearms and in would be in the interest of retailers and manufacturers to make sure that happened.

Other Important Issues

I support BDS (boycott, divestment, and sanction) against Israel if they refuse to allow the creation of a Palestinian state.

Neutral

I support the legalization of recreational marijuana.

Strongly Agree

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

Strongly Disagree

The Electoral College should be abolished.

Strongly Disagree

In priority order, what three areas of legislation do you propose to author or sponsor if elected?

I would propose an bill to repeal the 16th amendment and abolish the federal income tax. I would support Justin Amash’s End Qualified Immunity Bill and Rand Paul’s Justice for Breonna Taylor Act. I would propose legislation to require a 2/3 vote of approval from the applicable States for the president to mobilize the National Guard of any state to areas of foreign conflict.

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

Yes. The existence of our governments power structure and monopoly on violence has created a weapon of force that can be leveraged by any nefarious actor that find themselves hidden behind the employment of government authority. We must remove that power from its central planners and return it to the individual and local communities.
