Right to Life

Human life begins at conception and deserves legal protection at every stage until natural death.

Strongly Agree

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds or grants from federal, state, or local governments.

Strongly Agree

I support the Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, which requires health care providers to provide life-saving treatment for infants who survive an attempted abortion.

Strongly Agree

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

I am strongly Pro Life. In the circumstance of rape, incest, or protecting the life of the mother, people I know differ...

It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has a livable income.

Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.

Strongly Agree

What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?

As a State Rep candidate I would suggest strategies for reducing the size of Govt. To modernize and reform entitlement programs. Honestly, there are quite a few ways balancing the budget could be achieved. Other states modeled programs where their budget was reduced. I would have to research ways within our state that this could be taken care.

Religious Liberty

Governments should not discriminate against individuals, organizations or small businesses because of their belief that marriage is only a union of one man and one woman.

Strongly Agree

Governments should define marriage as between one man and one woman; no other definition of marriage should be legalized or supported with taxpayer or public funds.

Strongly Agree

Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.

Strongly Agree

I promise to protect the freedom of Christians to share the Gospel and to practice Biblical principles.

What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?

Reinforces the legal right of a free people to freely live their faith, in public, without fear of Govt coercion

It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has health insurance.

How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?

As State Representative I would work to make healthcare more affordable and accessible without sacrificing the quality of care. Insurance companies know their customers and the products they need to develop and the private sector is better able to deliver new choices and policy options that can increase coverage and lower costs. Increasing options with lower prices may also reduce reliance on Medicaid.

National Security

The best way to maintain peace is through a strong military.

I am in favor of construction of a wall and other necessary infrastructure on our border that gives complete control over entering and exiting the United States.

Strongly Agree

State and federal funds should be denied to any public or private entity, including but not limited to sanctuary cities, that are not in compliance with immigration laws.

Strongly Agree

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

People should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S who have a love for our country and willing to assimilate and embrace our American values and are able to contribute to the American economy.

Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

Strongly Disagree

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.

Strongly Agree

I support adding sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression as protected classes in non-discrimination laws.

Strongly Disagree

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

My spiritual beliefs and values are what keep me grounded in life. It is through God leading me and me being obedient to that call that has brought me to run for office for such a time as this. What drives me is my passion for our cause, and my strength in God keep me grounded.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?

As a State Rep candidate, my faith would guide my decisions and keep me grounded. I have a passion for our cause, I want to be someone at the Capitol people can count on. I have been a resident of Adams county, a resident of Colorado, I've had my share of trials and tribulations in life, I've listened to people and their stories, their struggles. Judicial Philosophy

I support the use of Sharia law as a basis for legislation and judicial decisions in the United States.

Strongly Disagree

Criminal Justice

Mandatory minimum sentencing should be required and enforced for violent crimes.

2nd Amendment

Should teachers be allowed to carry guns at school?

No Answer

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

Good firearm safety training should be required, people should demonstrate competency with their firearms. A citizen has the right to carry, there should be no infringement on our 2nd Amendment rights. Background checks have not proven to be affective in protecting public safety. Many people who have committed a crime with a gun would have passed a background check.

Other Important Issues

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

I support the legalization of recreational marijuana.

The Electoral College should be abolished.

Strongly Disagree

In priority order, what three areas of legislation do you propose to author or sponsor if elected?

Education/parental rights: Address mental health issues within our education system for teens, as teen suicide still is at an all time high, this breaks my heart, our teens need hope. Parental rights are being threatened and our children are being introduced to a progressive agenda. Family choices need to be protected within our education system. Healthcare Economy, oil and gas revenue Gun policy

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

I feel racism is not. There are unfortunately things that have happened, crimes committed, between races. But these need to be looked into on a case by case circumstance. The facts need to be out there.
