Human life begins at conception and deserves legal protection at every stage until natural death.
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds or grants from federal, state, or local governments.
I support the Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, which requires health care providers to provide life-saving treatment for infants who survive an attempted abortion.
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
My reason for not responding "Strongly Agree" to the Born Alive Act is that I imagine an infant surviving the abortion, being mutilated beyond what any human should have to endure, and then being made to endure prolonged agony, for extra days, or even years. Maybe I am ignorant, but I could not imagine wanting to live that life, myself. I would prefer to die in the innocent state and go to Heaven. I oppose abortion, and I generally do believe that survivors of abortion are entitled to the same care that anyone else is, but there is really no good solution here, except to stop abortion, which ultimately requires ending unplanned pregnancies, which is more of a cultural and familial issue than a government one. What government certainly can do is to end policies that promote breaking families.
It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has a livable income.
Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.
How would you guarantee Social Security benefits for future generations?
I would guarantee Social Security by ending the ponzi scheme known as "Social Security." It is not right to take from young people to pay for someone else's retirement. Social Security is a horrible investment, especially for people in higher earning brackets, and the federal government is a horrible manager of these funds. Privatize the whole thing, and allow anyone to get out of it. All who have paid into it should be entitled to a full refund, and current retirees should also receive what they have been promised. If the government may print money for big banks and billion-dollar corporations, then it may certainly print some for seniors who have been made dependent on the government.
What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?
All of it, by at least 1% per year.
Under what circumstances should taxpayers help pay off existing student loans?
Governments should not discriminate against individuals, organizations or small businesses because of their belief that marriage is only a union of one man and one woman.
Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.
I promise to protect the freedom of Christians to share the Gospel and to practice Biblical principles.
What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
There should be no laws regarding the establishment of religion.
It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has health insurance.
I support the elimination of private healthcare insurance.
How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?
Whether education or healthcare, everything the government regulates explodes in price and falls in quality. Get the government out of healthcare so that the market can provide the best, most affordable and accessible care for all. The federal government has no Constitutional authority to regulate or provide healthcare.
The best way to maintain peace is through a strong military.
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of radical Islamic terrorism?
The US government should stop making wars in the Middle East. George Bush's wars were based on bad intelligence, and maybe even blatant misinformation. Barack Obama promised to end wars, but he only expanded them, and invaded more nations. From Libya, to Afghanistan, our actions in the Mid-East have only served to create many more terrorists, kill over a million people, and hurt, widow, and orphan millions more. Donald Trump is correct when he says that the war in Iraq was the worst decision in modern American history. The second worst was Barack Obama's arming of Al Qaeda terrorists in Syria (Precursors to ISIS, according to a Defense Intel Report, listed here: https://www.judicialwatch.org/documents/pgs-287-293-291-jw-v-dod-and-state-14-812-2/ ) Before we do anything else, we must study history and realize the error of our ways in dealing with other peoples. Even in Iran, before they were governed by terrorists, they had a peaceful government that we overthrew in 1953.
I am in favor of construction of a wall and other necessary infrastructure on our border that gives complete control over entering and exiting the United States.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) should be abolished.
State and federal funds should be denied to any public or private entity, including but not limited to sanctuary cities, that are not in compliance with immigration laws.
Employers should be required to use E-verify to confirm the eligibility of their employees to work in the United States.
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
Anyone who is demonstrably peaceful and responsible should be allowed. Immigration has been a historic boost to our economy. Lately, an expansive welfare-state has attracted many people looking for handouts, and the Democrats seeks to buy votes with handouts. Unfortunately, Republicans rarely actually shrink the welfare state, but I will vote to do that. Especially as the American population ages, and people have less children, we need hard-working immigrants to boost our economy, and many immigrants are some of the most hard-working people we will meet. Safe, friendly immigration is the best way to instantly boost our economy.
Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.
Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.
I support adding sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression as protected classes in non-discrimination laws.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
John 1:1 Jesus is King of Creation. There was a very interesting astronomical alignment on September 23, 2017. It seems to fit Revelation 12:1-2. In Rev. 12, the 7 year timeline is also presented, again. This SIGN was a month after the "Great American Eclipse" of 2017, that swept across our entire nation. There is another eclipse in 2024, (seven years after the first) which will also cross the US. The maximum totality for both eclipses is coincidentally in the same place, where the paths cross, in Southern Illinois! In short, I believe in the historical data presented in the Bible, including the life, death, resurrection, and ascension of Jesus.
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?
Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.
I am a Libertarian. Ronald Reagan said the root of Conservatism is Libertarianism. It is LIBERTY. Libertarians do not only offer nice words for the Constitution. That divine document created one of the greatest nations in human history. I believe in the Constitution, and work against the odds for it, because the other parties are failing. Freedom of association, as stated in the 1st Amendment, for example, is trampled by the other two parties. There are laws prohibiting 3rd parties and independents from running in elections (unless they gather impossible numbers of signatures just months before the election). Most of the public is unaware of these laws, but it discriminates against people whose ideology is not Democrat and Republican. I believe in the right to privacy. (See: 4th amendment) The D and R parties both support mass surveillance of Americans. I also find it illegal that property can be confiscated for failure to pay a tax. (See again: 4th amendment)
Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.
Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?
I am a real person. I was born in a small town in Southern Illinois to a lower class family. Through several unbelievable events, I am now financially secure, and I am able to devote myself to campaigning and to national service. I am disgusted by the misinformation on TV and from both R and D parties. Even as we are in record debt, government contractors are making record profits, and spending record amounts to reelect crony congresspeople. I seek to end this, and I will never allow our government to give more weapons to terrorists. Libertarians have a hard time, but I might make history. I am running against a Democrat who is not very popular. There is no Republican running in my race. Most of the public does not vote, because they have no hope in politics. I honestly do not have much hope either, but I do hope in God, and hope that He can use me for peace, prosperity, liberty, and justice for all. Read: 1st Samuel chapter 8 "When Israel asks for a king."
Mandatory minimum sentencing should be required and enforced for violent crimes.
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
I support BDS (boycott, divestment, and sanction) against Israel if they refuse to allow the creation of a Palestinian state.
I support the legalization of recreational marijuana.
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
The Electoral College should be abolished.
In priority order, what three areas of legislation do you propose to author or sponsor if elected?
1) HR 608: Stop Arming Terrorists Act 2) Balanced budget amendment, and Rand Paul's "Penny Plan" 3) I would introduce legislation in the spirit of the 9th and 10th amendments. It would prohibit the legislature from creating law, and prohibit the executive from enforcing law that is not explicitly permitted by the US Constitution.
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
Yes, it is fueled by media propaganda to promote unrest, and to keep people voting for Democrats. We should end "Qualified Immunity" to allow cops who commit crimes to be prosecuted. Then good cops will not be forced to tow the line for the bad apples, and community trust may be restored.
