Human life begins at conception and deserves legal protection at every stage until natural death.
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds or grants from federal, state, or local governments.
I support the Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, which requires health care providers to provide life-saving treatment for infants who survive an attempted abortion.
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
The only circumstance in which I approve of abortion is when the life of the mother is in immediate jeopardy.
It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has a livable income.
Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.
What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?
I am one of the only candidates campaigning on a "cut the budget" message. I think government *is* the problem, and drastically curtailing the amount of bureaucratic "red tape" will help us come back from the economic devastation suffered throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.
Governments should not discriminate against individuals, organizations or small businesses because of their belief that marriage is only a union of one man and one woman.
Governments should define marriage as between one man and one woman; no other definition of marriage should be legalized or supported with taxpayer or public funds.
Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.
I promise to protect the freedom of Christians to share the Gospel and to practice Biblical principles.
What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
The government may not force religion on its people. That does not preclude its people from choosing to exercise their religion.
It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has health insurance.
How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?
I believe strongly in faith-based healthcare services (i.e., "Christian alternatives to ObamaCare"). Additionally, economic prosperity is inextricably linked with the widespread availability of healthcare coverage. We must also decrease the costs of healthcare through promoting preventative medicine and screenings.
The best way to maintain peace is through a strong military.
I am in favor of construction of a wall and other necessary infrastructure on our border that gives complete control over entering and exiting the United States.
State and federal funds should be denied to any public or private entity, including but not limited to sanctuary cities, that are not in compliance with immigration laws.
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
Immigration reform is necessary. We must prioritize & incentive the best & brightest in the world to live (and assimilate) into our society. Currently, that is not occurring. Immigration must cease until we can adequately address these serious issues.
Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.
Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.
I support adding sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression as protected classes in non-discrimination laws.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I am Catholic and my spiritual beliefs & religion have been the root of my sense of morality and my value system.
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?
Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.
I have been a registered Republican in NJ until 2005, NY from 2005 to 2010, and in FL from 2010 until present. I have never wavered in my views or my commitment to the Republican party. My public platform is far more conservative than any other Republican running in Central Florida.
What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?
I am the ONLY candidate for this political office (FL House District 47) with a legal background. I am the only legal practitioner running for this position, and this is a job that requires writing laws and understanding legislation. Interpreting legislation is literally what I do everyday.
Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.
Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?
My commitment to public service has been demonstrated and my views are principled and unwavering. I am consistent in my message, and I am not afraid to take unpopular positions. I am the only candidate in this race with the legal background and commitment to public service (as demonstrated by my previous employment as a paramedic & current employment as a criminal defense attorney) to advocate for and protect Orlando citizens and businesses.
I support the use of Sharia law as a basis for legislation and judicial decisions in the United States.
Mandatory minimum sentencing should be required and enforced for violent crimes.
Should teachers be allowed to carry guns at school?
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
We have too many restrictions on gun ownership already. The safety of the public requires and armed populace.
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
I support the legalization of recreational marijuana.
The Electoral College should be abolished.
In priority order, what three areas of legislation do you propose to author or sponsor if elected?
(1) The FHSAA, which would mandate that the state's athletic association allow schools to broadcast prayer over a public-address system before sporting events; (2) Allow teachers who are properly and appropriately trained to carry firearms in the classroom; (3) Make China Pay for the damage they have caused to our economy and public health during the COVID-19 pandemic. May God bless the 120,000 who have died & their families.
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
Yes. The fact that people haven't stood up to the ADL, SPLC, ACLU, and BLM has resulted in countless deaths, destruction, turmoil, and unrest. Just this weekend, for example, Chicago had 102 shootings. In a weekend.
