Right to Life

Human life begins at conception and deserves legal protection at every stage until natural death.

Strongly Agree

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds or grants from federal, state, or local governments.

Strongly Agree

I support the Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, which requires health care providers to provide life-saving treatment for infants who survive an attempted abortion.

Strongly Agree

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

In general, abortion should not be allowed except for under special circumstances such as incest and rape. However, that decision should be between the woman and God, not the government. I strongly oppose late-term abortions.

It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has a livable income.

Strongly Disagree

Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.

Strongly Agree

How would you guarantee Social Security benefits for future generations?

I believe that having a healthy and happy retirement is an indispensable part of the American Dream. I will strongly protect Social Security and Medicare to ensure the current and upcoming retirees will receive their hard-earned benefits unchanged. I will also support smart solutions that can extend and safeguard Social Security and Medicare for generations to come. The smart solutions should be developed based on our nation’s demographic changes, economic outlooks and other relevant factors.

What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?

1. Cut out foreign aids particularly to governments run by dictators and socialists. 2. Support President Trump to negotiate with our allies to increase their defense contributions to NATO, in Japan & South Korea. This will save our defense spending. 3. Reduce welfare spending by lifting the poor up. I would require all welfare recipients to attend Life Skill Training on Money Management, Drug and Crime Prevention, in addition to job training. It will help them rise up from poverty.

Under what circumstances should taxpayers help pay off existing student loans?

Pursuing higher education is an individual choice and the individual’s responsibility. The government has no responsibility to pay off individual students loans. To prevent the student loan crisis from happening again, I plan to enact a law that limits the amount of loan a student can borrow, based on the future income potential of that specific degree that specific college offers. This will help students avoid getting too much loan to pursue a major which has no sufficient return.

Religious Liberty

Governments should not discriminate against individuals, organizations or small businesses because of their belief that marriage is only a union of one man and one woman.

Strongly Agree

Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.

Strongly Agree

I promise to protect the freedom of Christians to share the Gospel and to practice Biblical principles.

What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?

First, we shall protect religious freedom, such as prayers in public places. Christianity is the morale fabric of America that we must respect and protect. Second, America is a democratic Republic governed by the U.S. Constitution. We shall not allow some religious practices, such as Sharia Law to interfere in our constitutional process.

It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has health insurance.

I support the elimination of private healthcare insurance.

Strongly Disagree

How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?

I oppose Medicare for All because government takeover of healthcare will suffocate innovation. I will fight to ensure every American has access to quality, affordable healthcare through a market-driven approach, not a socialist approach. My solutions include: 1. Increase market competition by Eliminating State-boundary Lines for Healthcare Providers. It will help drive the healthcare cost down. 2. Give Healthcare Providers Freedom to Offer More Choices to better meet consumer needs. No American should be forced to buy coverage he/she does not need. More affordable choices are essential to ensure every American has access to quality, affordable healthcare based on his/her personal needs. 3. Drive Prescription Drug Costs Down to the average of industrial nations. I will also work to expand access to safe alternatives and generic options. 4. Support President Trump’s Healthcare price transparency rule and other ways to rein in medical costs.

National Security

The best way to maintain peace is through a strong military.

Strongly Agree

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of radical Islamic terrorism?

First, combatting radical Islam should be responsibility of countries of origin and their neighboring states. The U.S. can provide technical assistance when it is appropriate. We should not repeat our failures in the Middle East by getting into costly military interventions and nation-building projects. Second, the U.S. should build a very strong military and use cost-effective ways to deter nations from harboring terrorism. President Trump’s decision to use drone to kill Iranian terrorist leader Qasem Soleimani is a great example. It is much cost-effective than invading another nation. Sending ground troops should be the last resort when absolutely necessary, such as the war against ISIS. Third, the U.S. should encourage other countries to address the root causes of radical Islam. They should not condone the extreme teaching of anti-America hatred. In addition, these nations should also tackle poverty and other national issues which have led to dissatisfaction of their citizens.

I am in favor of construction of a wall and other necessary infrastructure on our border that gives complete control over entering and exiting the United States.

Strongly Agree

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) should be abolished.

Strongly Disagree

State and federal funds should be denied to any public or private entity, including but not limited to sanctuary cities, that are not in compliance with immigration laws.

Strongly Agree

Employers should be required to use E-verify to confirm the eligibility of their employees to work in the United States.

Strongly Agree

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

Americans should have control of our immigration policies. It should be primarily based on our nation’s needs and merit. My immigration policies are: • First, secure our borders & ports by using all effective means, including building physical barriers, eliminating policy loopholes such as “catch and release,” providing sufficient funding, installing smart monitoring and communication technologies, and forming alliances with Mexico and Central American nations. • Second, protect American enforcing the E-verify system, and stopping immigration abuses including refuge system frauds and H1-b visa abuses. • Third, end “chain migration”, end the lottery system and implement a “Merit-Based Immigration System, attracting talents around the world to contribute to our rapidly growing high-tech industries.

Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

Strongly Disagree

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.

Strongly Agree

I support adding sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression as protected classes in non-discrimination laws.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I cherish America’s founding principles, including the rule of law, free market system, freedom of speech, equal rights, equal opportunity and democracy. They are well summarized in the U.S. Constitution and its Amendments. I strongly support Christianity and believe it is the moral fabric of the American society. I also champion many moral values Christians advocates, such as humanity, justice, love and family.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?

Very Conservative

Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.

As a fierce defender of America’s founding principles and conservative values, I have published many articles in these areas: 1. Fight against socialism 2. Fight against political correctness: 3. Fight against the ongoing radial unrest, which echoes China’s Cultural Revolution: cancel culture, defunding police department, toppling down historic statues, etc. 4. Defend equal opportunity principles and meritocracy: 5. My policy platform can be viewed on my campaign website.

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?

I grew up in socialist China. During China’s Cultural Revolution, my father was politically persecuted. In 1992, I legally came to America, later became the director of global planning at Siemens Energy. Since 2014, I have been leading Asian Americans’ fight against liberal Affirmative Action. I have also written many articles to reject socialism, political correctness and oppose the ongoing social unrests: cancel culture, toppling down historical statues and defunding police departments. 1. I am a proven national leader fighting against radical liberal agenda and supporting President. 2. I have decades of business experiences and I am a proven problem-solver. I will help President Trump effectively combat COVID-19 and rebuild American economy. (Published my policy recommendations in Daily Caller in March). 3. I will bring by international knowledge and bilingual skills to help America to tackle international threats and competition from Iran, Russia and China.

Criminal Justice

Mandatory minimum sentencing should be required and enforced for violent crimes.

Strongly Agree

2nd Amendment

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

I am a strong supporter of 2nd amendment. 1. Protect the 2nd Amendment for law-abiding citizens. Only restrict gun ownership for criminals, terrorists and people who have no mental capacity to properly use guns. 2. Strengthen family and parenting. Initiate Life Skills Education in the High School Curriculum by teaching teenagers essential life-skills such as money management, drug and crime prevention. 3. Support programs that can effectively address mental issues.

Other Important Issues

I support BDS (boycott, divestment, and sanction) against Israel if they refuse to allow the creation of a Palestinian state.

Strongly Disagree

I support the legalization of recreational marijuana.

Strongly Disagree

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

Strongly Disagree

The Electoral College should be abolished.

Strongly Disagree

In priority order, what three areas of legislation do you propose to author or sponsor if elected?

First, I plan to propose legislations to help President Trump effectively combat COVID-19 and rebuild our economy. I have published my policy recommendation on Daily Caller and I have over decades of business experience to help. Second, I plan to propose legislations to fight against the radical liberal agenda such as political correctness, cancel culture, toppling down historical statues and defunding police department. Based on my experience in China’s Cultural Revolution, I know the severe consequences of an American cultural revolution and the playbook used by radical liberals to assault America’s founding principles. Third, I plan to propose legislations to help Central Florida on job growth, diversifying its economic and supporting its population growth. Our tourism industry has been hit hard by COVID-19. We also need to build more roads, affordable housing and other infrastructure to cope with population growth.

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

While there are some individual cases of racism in America (like other nations), there is no systematic racial discrimination against African and Hispanic Americans from governmental policy standpoints. To the contrary, race-based Affirmative Action grants favorable treatment to them, unfavorable treatment toward Asians and White. There is no data or facts to support the claim that racism is a systematic threat of domestic security, although isolated cases need to be strictly prevented. To the contrary, the violent social unrest incited by radical liberals is a true threat to domestic security. Racism is being used as a cover for Marxist radicals to destroy America’s founding principles and our institutions.
