The state can not prohibit religious affairs, such as prayer and worship. It means that the state or government is not allowed to mandate any type of religion for the people. We must reform the system to make it patient-centered. Families and individuals need to be the key decision-makers. The overhaul of the bureaucracy of health care needs to include pharmaceutical oversight, outdated regulations that are noneffective and increase the cost, and sensible legislation. This is just the beginning of a very needed change that must occur.
