Human life begins at conception and deserves legal protection at every stage until natural death.
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds or grants from federal, state, or local governments.
I support the Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, which requires health care providers to provide life-saving treatment for infants who survive an attempted abortion.
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
I happen to believe that abortion is only personally acceptable in instances of rape, incest, or to save the life of the mother. Tax payer money should NEVER go toward funding abortions, although I would support the government subsidizing PREVENTATIVE forms of birth control and adoption instead.
It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has a livable income.
Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.
How would you guarantee Social Security benefits for future generations?
I believe smarter government spending should solve the issue of social security. I honestly do not think America should be giving anywhere near as much foreign aid as it currently does. Most countries seem pretty ungrateful and resentful of it anyway, and it never seems to go in the hands of the needy. It’s our tax money...it should go back to us, not to enrich Iran and other countries.
What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?
I think the answer is that the government has historically always habitually overspent. I will gladly fight to cut the pork off of every bill they send me, as well as shoot down any attempt by my peers to give themselves raises. You’re supposed to want to be a politician to help out your community...not enrich yourself or fund your progressive pet projects.
Under what circumstances should taxpayers help pay off existing student loans?
Never. Mostly because it’s so egregiously unfair to those that worked their way through college to come out with little or no debt, and it’s insulting to those that didn’t go because they knew they couldn’t afford it. It also implies that those with vocational degrees and skilled labor jobs should pay for others (apparently not so profitable and maybe a bad decision) collegiate degrees...and it just comes out unfair to the American public as a whole.
Governments should not discriminate against individuals, organizations or small businesses because of their belief that marriage is only a union of one man and one woman.
Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.
I promise to protect the freedom of Christians to share the Gospel and to practice Biblical principles.
What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
It means that there is...and should never be...a church authority making decisions for our government. I do recognize America’s deep history as a Judeo-Christian society, and that it has positively effected our rules and laws (thou shall not murder, steal, etc.)
It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has health insurance.
I support the elimination of private healthcare insurance.
How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?
I believe that private healthcare has become too expensive and I also think socialized medicine falls flat everywhere it’s implemented. I believe the real issue might have more to do with why an aspirin is $80 in the ER. Soaking the insurance companies for every dime they can does no one any favors when it comes to lowering our rates. I imagine our private healthcare would become a lot more affordable if we actually inventoried what’s really going on between the hospitals, the drug companies, and our insurance.
The best way to maintain peace is through a strong military.
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of radical Islamic terrorism?
I believe we need to stop being overly politically correct when addressing the issue of Islamic terrorism, it is a real threat and we cannot be afraid to address it simply because it might “offend” people. I believe Trump has taken the right measure in limiting travel from countries that actively support terrorism.
I am in favor of construction of a wall and other necessary infrastructure on our border that gives complete control over entering and exiting the United States.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) should be abolished.
State and federal funds should be denied to any public or private entity, including but not limited to sanctuary cities, that are not in compliance with immigration laws.
Employers should be required to use E-verify to confirm the eligibility of their employees to work in the United States.
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
Immigration should be vetted, limited, and legal. Countries with unchecked terrorism of any kind should not be allowed to immigrate until their terrorism is addressed and no longer an issue.
Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.
Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.
I support adding sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression as protected classes in non-discrimination laws.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I‘m an Irish Catholic from Massachusetts. I believe in God and I love Jesus, but I have a lot of issues I believe the Catholic Church should address. Between the abhorrent child abuse scandals and coverups, to the current globalist pope that absolutely does not have our best interests in mind. I do ultimately support all religions and their right to practice and assemble in America...so long as they do not infringe on my rights or the rights of others, and also as long as minors are not being endangered or abused.
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?
Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.
Like most people, I’m fiscally conservative and socially liberal. Being “socially liberal” went off the deep end the last few years, so I resort to telling people “You are free to do whatever you like...so long as it does not infringe on the rights of me or others...and like I’ve said before, as long as it does not abuse minors or put them at risk.
Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.
Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?
I’ve been commenting on politics nationally for several years now. My specialty is exposing corruption no matter where I see it...Left or Right. I use my online presence and media network to then create momentum and public pressure to get things done about it. I am a bit unconventional, but I promise you that unlike the incumbent that I’m running against...I will always put the wants of my constituents first OVER those of my personal beliefs. I’m a patriotic, constitutional Republican, and I will always stand up for your rights and defend them.
Mandatory minimum sentencing should be required and enforced for violent crimes.
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
We already do background checks and felons already aren’t allowed to own guns. Every other American has an absolute constitutional right to defend themselves.
I support BDS (boycott, divestment, and sanction) against Israel if they refuse to allow the creation of a Palestinian state.
I support the legalization of recreational marijuana.
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
The Electoral College should be abolished.
In priority order, what three areas of legislation do you propose to author or sponsor if elected?
1. Voter ID to secure our elections. 2. Protect our 1st and 2nd amendment rights, and repeal any laws already passed that are unconstitutional. 3. TERM LIMITS so that lifetime politicians cannot keep taking advantage of our political system.
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
Does racism exist? Of course it does. Is it anywhere near as bad as our media pretends it is? I don’t think so. If “Trump’s America” is so racist...then why does the media keep getting caught faking hate crimes to prove their false narrative?
