Questionnaire

Please note: Responses are entered electronically by the candidate and are listed verbatim.

Right to Life

Human life begins at conception and deserves legal protection at every stage until natural death.

Agree

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds or grants from federal, state, or local governments.

Agree

I support the Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, which requires health care providers to provide life-saving treatment for infants who survive an attempted abortion.

Agree

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

Rape, incest and save the life of the mother.

Economy

It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has a livable income.

Strongly Disagree

Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.

Strongly Agree

How would you guarantee Social Security benefits for future generations?

If benefits are promised, they must be paid.

What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?

I have not yet developed a plan on this matter. I support current payments through the China Virus pandemic, but at some point we will need to transition back to fiscal responsibility. Not yet, but soon. I want our "old normal" back.

Under what circumstances should taxpayers help pay off existing student loans?

I can't think of any, unless it involves students were were attending fraudulent institutions that were still approved by the federal government.

Religious Liberty

Governments should not discriminate against individuals, organizations or small businesses because of their belief that marriage is only a union of one man and one woman.

Agree

Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.

Strongly Agree

I promise to protect the freedom of Christians to share the Gospel and to practice Biblical principles.

Yes

What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?

Government should act with great restraint when legislating or taking action where religious institutions are affected.

Healthcare

It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has health insurance.

Neutral

I support the elimination of private healthcare insurance.

Strongly Disagree

How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?

We have to promote a solution that is bipartisan. Endless warfare over health care weakens our republic. I am completely committed to making sure that no one goes bankrupt because of illness, and no one dies because they were denied health care. But I would toughen standards for continuing care. Illegal immigrants deserve emergency care; but then they should then be sent home to their countries for continuing care. (An illegal immigrants's massive medical bills essentially bankrupted a Florida hospital; that's just wrong.) America first; we can't afford to provide free health care to the world. I can work well with both sides of the aisle and get people to come to agreement.

National Security

The best way to maintain peace is through a strong military.

Strongly Agree

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of radical Islamic terrorism?

Eternal vigilance is the price of freedom. We must remain on a war footing. The threat from Islamofascism is a generational challenge. The president is ill-advised in thinking that Radical Islam can be overcome in a short period of time.

Immigration

I am in favor of construction of a wall and other necessary infrastructure on our border that gives complete control over entering and exiting the United States.

Strongly Agree

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) should be abolished.

Strongly Disagree

State and federal funds should be denied to any public or private entity, including but not limited to sanctuary cities, that are not in compliance with immigration laws.

Strongly Agree

Employers should be required to use E-verify to confirm the eligibility of their employees to work in the United States.

Strongly Agree

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

President Trump's plan to adopt the Australian model, where people have to bring benefits to the US to be allowed to enter, and are examined on that basis, is on the right course. Chain migration should be ended.

Education

Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

Disagree

Values

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.

Strongly Agree

I support adding sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression as protected classes in non-discrimination laws.

Disagree

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

My faith is my life.

Qualifications

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?

Conservative

Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.

I have mountains of published remarks on blogs and in my current campaign blogs that lay out my political philosophy. I have received awards from conservative organizations because of my commitment to protecting religious conservatives in the political process.

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

No

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?

My opponents are decent, honorable men. But none of them have any political experience or media experience. They would be babes in the woods going up against the liberal and very experienced incumbent. Such candidacies never succeed. It is fatuous to believe my primary opponents can develop the skills to defeat the incumbent with only a few days to do so after the primary. It is painful to watch them at campaign events; they don't have a clue what they are doing. The Chicago Tribune once called me "an absolutely brilliant campaigner." Nuff said. I am nationally respected as a tough, experienced operative. Defeating an incumbent is difficult. But if anyone can win, it is me. My weakness is that the New Hampshire Republican Party is weak and backward, and has repeatedly thwarted my efforts to defeat liberal incumbents. A vote for my primary opponents is a vote to reelect the incumbent. I will do my darndest to defeat the incumbent, and I have the tools and experience to do so.

Criminal Justice

Mandatory minimum sentencing should be required and enforced for violent crimes.

Agree

2nd Amendment

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

This should primarily be a state matter.

Other Important Issues

I support BDS (boycott, divestment, and sanction) against Israel if they refuse to allow the creation of a Palestinian state.

No Answer

I support the legalization of recreational marijuana.

Disagree

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

Strongly Disagree

The Electoral College should be abolished.

Strongly Disagree

In priority order, what three areas of legislation do you propose to author or sponsor if elected?

I would respond to the situation when I take office. I do not have a rigid approach or a fixed menu of priorities. China would probably be high on the list of any legislative proposals; Chinese Communist Party abuses of human rights and the world economic system are unacceptable.

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

There is no "systemic racism" in America. That is a libel against the American people. On the other hand, isolated racism, which does exist, does not affect domestic security. We are a strong, united nation.
