Right to Life

Human life begins at conception and deserves legal protection at every stage until natural death.

Strongly Agree

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds or grants from federal, state, or local governments.

Strongly Agree

I support the Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, which requires health care providers to provide life-saving treatment for infants who survive an attempted abortion.

Strongly Agree

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

I agree that abortion is murder, but I think there should be some potential exceptions where the abortion is an act of self defense such as where there is a clear and convincing case the mother may die because of a serious pre-existing health condition or where three has been a brutal rape and a woman has been forcibly impregnated. We are talking about laws that apply to everyone including both religious and non-religious people so it may be unreasonable to expect the highest standard of Christian conduct from everyone. In fact, we know that the body itself often ends pregnancies in miscarriages where a pregnancy cannot be safely sustained. Abortion should NOT be allowed for birth control or to choose sex of a child or for convenience, etc. Some Christians with more Pacifist beliefs might say they would not defend themselves against an aggressor with a weapon because they will not kill, but not everyone has to live with that standard. My views are based on Natural Law.

It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has a livable income.

Strongly Disagree

Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.

Strongly Agree

What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?

The government needs to return to being a limited government with limited powers so I would limit government in almost every way possible and/or encourage competition with government programs. The primary purpose of government is defense.

Religious Liberty

Governments should not discriminate against individuals, organizations or small businesses because of their belief that marriage is only a union of one man and one woman.

Strongly Agree

Governments should define marriage as between one man and one woman; no other definition of marriage should be legalized or supported with taxpayer or public funds.

Strongly Agree

Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.

Strongly Agree

I promise to protect the freedom of Christians to share the Gospel and to practice Biblical principles.

What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?

It is a misnomer. As David Barton at Wallbuilders has said, the statement has been taken out of context from a letter written by Thomas Jefferson. The wall of separation only protects the church from the state and not the state from the influence of the church. The Establishment clause was only to prevent the Federal Establishment of singular church denomination that all citizens would have to attend and support with tax funds. I am an attorney that supports the ACLJ, David Barton, the Rutherford Institute, and organizations that protect the "free exercise of relgion."

It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has health insurance.

Strongly Disagree

How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?

I believe strongly in enforcing anti-trust laws (and other related laws) to ensure a competitive marketplace. The greatest danger in healthcare or in any area of an economy is Monopoly power. This is why unchecked governmental power is so dangerous.

National Security

The best way to maintain peace is through a strong military.

Strongly Agree

I am in favor of construction of a wall and other necessary infrastructure on our border that gives complete control over entering and exiting the United States.

Strongly Agree

State and federal funds should be denied to any public or private entity, including but not limited to sanctuary cities, that are not in compliance with immigration laws.

Strongly Agree

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

We should ONLY allow those who benefit the economy and who are likely to support the Constitution of the United States of America. Anyone who because of their beliefs of whatever kind that cannot support the US Constitution and the natural laws of their fellow citizens should not be allowed to immigrate to the US.

Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

Strongly Disagree

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.

Strongly Agree

I support adding sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression as protected classes in non-discrimination laws.

Strongly Disagree

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I am a born again Evangelical Christian that believes everything in the Apostles Creed including the imminent return of Jesus Christ. With regard to politics and law, I believe in the application classical Natural Law in same tradition as John Locke, Thomas Jefferson, and the Founding Fathers - the "laws of nature and of nature's God" as stated in the Declaration of Independence. I reject Modernism and Post-Modernism.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?

Very Conservative

Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.

I have posted my views publicly on Facebook and Twitter. I am so well known for my Conservative views that I have been black balled by some attorneys and business people.

What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?

I graduated from a Top Five Law School and I have practiced law for 30 years. I understand the best Defense is a good Offense. I am a litigator which means that I fight and argue in court. I believe that the reason Republicans and Conservatives are losing the Culture War is that we have to maintain the Offensive. There is no stronghold we can hide behind that is strong enough if we do not put our ideas in the Marketplace of ideas. Eventually the wave of Culture will overpower us or our children if we hide behind a wall. We will lose battles and maybe many battles but you win the war by practicing eternal vigilance. I have 30 years of advocacy experience.

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?

Please contact me if you have questions. Thx

Judicial Philosophy

I support the use of Sharia law as a basis for legislation and judicial decisions in the United States.

Strongly Disagree

Criminal Justice

Mandatory minimum sentencing should be required and enforced for violent crimes.

2nd Amendment

Should teachers be allowed to carry guns at school?

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

Anyone that is not a violent felon should be allowed to possess a gun.

Other Important Issues

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

I support the legalization of recreational marijuana.

No Answer

The Electoral College should be abolished.

Strongly Disagree

In priority order, what three areas of legislation do you propose to author or sponsor if elected?

I would propose legislation to end the Emergency Orders of the Governor and pass legislative to modify and clarify under what circumstances Emergency Powers may be used and specific limitations on use of its power. I would propose pro-gun legislation in support of stand your ground and other legislation that encouraged and allowed citizens to defend themselves in an increasing lawless society. I would specifically propose legislation limiting governmental social programs and encourage faith based programs. I would propose legislation to encourage the rise of faith based education to compete with the government monopoly on education.

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

Yes. Clearly foreign and domestic enemies are inciting insurrection at the current moment to facilitate a Revolution to replace the Constitution with an Authoritarian or Communist or Fascist regime with complete control over our entire lives. This is a real threat to our Republic. There is no race in Christ. We are all part of the human race.
