Right to Life

Human life begins at conception and deserves legal protection at every stage until natural death.

Strongly Agree

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds or grants from federal, state, or local governments.

Strongly Agree

I support the Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, which requires health care providers to provide life-saving treatment for infants who survive an attempted abortion.

Strongly Agree

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

When a mother's life is at risk (NOT out of convenience).

It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has a livable income.

Strongly Disagree

Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.

Strongly Agree

What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?

Simply put: I would audit every statute, mandate, ACT, government agency, and Amendment ever (constitutionally or unconstitutionally) created or revised since 1789 and abolish or revise any of them in conflict with the Bill of natural Rights or the Constitution as originally written and ratified via a Convention of States per Article V of the U.S. Constitution. The States must be the final check and balance on a General Government that operates unconstitutionally and cannot police itself.

Religious Liberty

Governments should not discriminate against individuals, organizations or small businesses because of their belief that marriage is only a union of one man and one woman.

Strongly Agree

Governments should define marriage as between one man and one woman; no other definition of marriage should be legalized or supported with taxpayer or public funds.

Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.

Strongly Agree

I promise to protect the freedom of Christians to share the Gospel and to practice Biblical principles.

What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?

Separation of church and state is a myth. It was taken out of context from a letter written by Thomas Jefferson to the Danbury Baptists in 1802 explaining his beliefs about federalism and the "establishment clause" in the first amendment of the U.S. Constitution. He simply assured their congregation that the federal government COULD NOT interfere with their church or offer special favor to any particular religion. Some of the States had State-sponsored Religions so it was important that the U.S. General Government NOT establish a religion for the entire union. Quote: "I contemplate with sovereign reverence that act of the whole American people which declared that their legislature should make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof, thus building a wall of separation between Church & State. Therefore a wall of protection of the free exercise of religion from government.

It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has health insurance.

Strongly Disagree

How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?

Return it to the FREE MARKET and away from unconstitutional government control. The U.S. General Government was never delegated the power or jurisdiction to create or control a person's health coverage. This is a State issue and only the States, and the people respectively, retain the power to determine its internal affairs and commerce. States retain all powers not delegated to the U.S. General government and Insurance is an intra-State commercial issue. I would suggest they nullify these unconstitutional ACTs and Statutes created in the U.S. Government and promote free-market competition and quality insurance within the State borders. Then the States should insist that the U.S. General Government, through their directly elected U.S. representatives, regulate an Interstate Commerce between the States by voluntary participation. This is what "Promoting the General Welfare" looks like as it pertains to the U.S. General Government.

National Security

The best way to maintain peace is through a strong military.

Strongly Agree

I am in favor of construction of a wall and other necessary infrastructure on our border that gives complete control over entering and exiting the United States.

Strongly Agree

State and federal funds should be denied to any public or private entity, including but not limited to sanctuary cities, that are not in compliance with immigration laws.

Strongly Agree

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

Immigration is NOT addressed in our U.S. Constitution but the general government is required to protect our borders on behalf of the 50 sovereign and independent States. The Immigration and nationality ACT was passed in 1965 which allows a quota of 675,000 immigrants into the united States each year by several permanent VISA categories. Citizens should remain in good standing, be able to write and speak English, and apply for citizenship after five years. The preferences for immigration and eventual citizenship should be based on one's willingness and ability to speak and write in the English language, and support our American founding history and republicanism in government. A citizen should be willing and able to properly assimilate into our American system, traditions, and American values. Immigration reform will be necessary moving forward.

Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

Strongly Disagree

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.

Strongly Agree

I support adding sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression as protected classes in non-discrimination laws.

Strongly Disagree

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I am a Christ follower, striving every day to obey the lessons and teachings of Jesus Christ, therefore I am humbled by my weaknesses and shortcomings in that endeavor. I believe that my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, was sent to this world to Make a Way back to the Father and to Liberate us from a self-imposed bondage. Today I believe we are in the midst of a reoccurring spiritual battle against the devil's schemes as a result of our tolerance to evil, and lack of vigilance to improper government over several decades. We did not stand our ground when evil crept into our important sectors and methodically removed moral education from our schools and other public places. However, I believe that average people have been groomed, disciplined, and now being positioned to replace deeply embedded guards in our government(s) to begin the restoration of our constitutional republics.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?

Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.

I would prefer not to use the term, "Conservative" as it implies an ideology (whether good or bad). If you are an elected public servant, your motivation should be that of an "Originalist" position or original intent. Protection of our natural Rights is made possible by a compliance with a constitution in its original historical understanding. Our constitutions protect our Right to be "Conservative" but being a "Conservative" doesn't automatically insure that a constitution will be obeyed. Our Constitutions are based on thousands of years of ancient history, the rise and collapse civilizations and governments, and the lessons learned from biblical history therefore the term, "Conservative" should be avoided when considering the election of representatives in your government(s). A public servant must still obey their oath to their constitution, not a private party faction, ideology, whim, or personal belief.

What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?

I am happily married with two daughters who received their education through our public school system. I attended college and earned a Bachelor's and Master's degree, served as a public and private school teacher for over 20+ years, have owned and operated my own business in construction, restaurant, and retail. I served in the military and retired as an E-7 SFC after 22 years in the Kansas Army National Guard and was awarded three army achievement medals. I have had successful businesses and lost businesses through excessive government and/or manipulation of our financial system by a private cartel called the Federal Reserve System. In search of answers to our problems in America, I've studied our British and founding history as well as the purpose and meaning of our Declaration of Independence, Articles of Confederation, State's Constitutions, and U.S. Constitution. It is in that knowledge that I earned my most valuable qualification.

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?

Restoration of true federalism and our republican forms of self-government in a self-governing society is achieved through the election of "Originalist", liberty-minded public servants. We have to reform our corrupted educational institutions by returning moral education, philosophy, and ethics to our curriculum, as well as appropriate and effective tough-love behavior modifications. I want to address my "neutral" position on the definition of Marriage between a Man and one Woman. I Strongly Agree, as natural law would dictate power to determine "Marriage" IS NOT vested in government, nor is it enumerated in the U.S. Constitution and therefore must be defined by the church, or on the basis of natural law (the laws of nature and of nature's God) not government entities. What government grants (or licenses) government can take away. It is unwise for Christians to recognize a power your government can never possess.

Judicial Philosophy

I support the use of Sharia law as a basis for legislation and judicial decisions in the United States.

Strongly Disagree

Criminal Justice

Mandatory minimum sentencing should be required and enforced for violent crimes.

Strongly Agree

2nd Amendment

Should teachers be allowed to carry guns at school?

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

We have a natural Right to keep and bear arms for self-preservation and no government can infringe upon that Right. By the consent of the governed, State governments can provide their own background checks prior to a weapons purchase however similar checks are already in place. Instead of infringing upon our natural Rights, our States (not U.S. Government) should return moral education and ethics into our school curriculum and promote mental health solutions, and stop treating the symptoms.

Other Important Issues

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

I support the legalization of recreational marijuana.

The Electoral College should be abolished.

Strongly Disagree

In priority order, what three areas of legislation do you propose to author or sponsor if elected?

1. An audit of ALL Statutes and Acts for potential abolition or revision of laws in violation of our State's constitution. This would include an official recognition that the abortion industry is not protected by any law as a result of the notorious court case, "Roe vs Wade". This case was never binding on any other party outside of that case. 2. School Reforms and the systematic abolition of taxation of our private and real property, (except: land which is written in our KS Constitution). This tax would be replaced with a fair tax that is reinstated, reduced, or increased every other election cycle by ballot and consent of the governed by a super-majority to insure that government projects, schools, and other taxpayer-funded projects are more efficient and cost effective. 3. Abolish the [Use it, or Lose it] rule for appropriated taxpayer funding to schools and other government institutions. This would reduce waste and allow local school boards control over their funding.

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

Yes. Racism is perpetuated by those seeking to destroy true federalism and our republican system of self-governance. This strategy of a new order [out of chaos and civil unrest] works in States whose governments have been usurped by individuals with Marxist ideology and "new world order" agendas. These acts are in violation of our united compact between the States. Those States whose governors have violated their united States compact must be checked by other States within the union through commercial sanctions if necessary or strict negotiations to correct their violations. The U.S. Government hasn't the delegated power or jurisdiction to tell a State what it can, or cannot, do but it can provide support for those States attempting to motivate a rogue State back into compliance with our united compact. The U.S. General Government does have delegated jurisdiction in the regulation of (Interstate) commerce and can help compliant States bring these violations into correction.
