Human life begins at conception and deserves legal protection at every stage until natural death.
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds or grants from federal, state, or local governments.
I support the Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, which requires health care providers to provide life-saving treatment for infants who survive an attempted abortion.
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
In an extreme and rare case where it is proven by a doctor that the physical life of the mother is threatened with pregnancy-related complications, I believe that both the mother and fetus should be treated if at all possible with the goal of keeping both patients alive. Again, the fetus should be treated as a patient with the purpose of preserving its life, and not left to die. However, if the death of the fetus resulting from medically related issues, or if the gestational period is too early for the chance of survival, then the fetus's death would result from natural causes. Under no circumstances would I condone that a fetus is barbarically ripped from the mother's womb, dismembered or chemically burned or dissolved to end its life simply because it is unwanted.
It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has a livable income.
Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.
How would you guarantee Social Security benefits for future generations?
Stop spending Social Security excess funds now. Instead of the government spending the hard-earned money of Americans, the funds should be given an opportunity to grow, not decline. Social Security benefits should be protected prohibited from government access for the purpose of spending. The funds will then have the opportunity to accrue interest so that the money can grow and guarantee that the future payouts match the then-current rate of inflation and the cost of living.
What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?
I would reduce some discretionary spending including Foreign aid and contributions to the United Nations. I would also call for an audit of every government agency to reconcile their spending to identify waste and non-viable money pit agencies and either remove or consolidate them and their associated accounts, and deposit the unnecessary funds into the Department of Treasury to re-allocate.
Under what circumstances should taxpayers help pay off existing student loans?
Under no circumstances should taxpayers be mandated to pay someone else's elective debt.
Governments should not discriminate against individuals, organizations or small businesses because of their belief that marriage is only a union of one man and one woman.
Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.
I promise to protect the freedom of Christians to share the Gospel and to practice Biblical principles.
What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
How the Constitution framed it. "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof" Meaning that the practice and establishment of religion are protected from the interference or infringement by the government and that there can be no "state-sponsored" official religion. It also means that any federal, state and local government can't force someone to violate their religious conscience or practice their daily lives in accordance with their religion. I also believe that it means that if the religion is not antithetical to the existence of our nation.
It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has health insurance.
I support the elimination of private healthcare insurance.
How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?
It surprises me that no one ever brings up the ridiculous cost of healthcare. The reason that most people need healthcare coverage is that healthcare is extremely unaffordable. I cannot promote affordable healthcare coverage until the cost of healthcare becomes affordable. I would promote that the price gauging of medical treatments, pharmaceutical drugs, hospitals, doctors, specialists, and healthcare facilities be capped and/or regulated to a near- affordable level. After that, the cost of healthcare coverage would be dramatically reduced and accessible for all. I would also propose that the Department of Health and Human Services and the FDA develop a program toward the research of the much more affordable alternative, holistic and natural medicine and the licensing of their professionals. I would also propose that half of the Medicare deductions that are taken out of our paychecks be placed into a benefits account to be used by the payor to purchase their own private insurance.
The best way to maintain peace is through a strong military.
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of radical Islamic terrorism?
As long as we allow Sharia law in this country, the threat of Islamic terrorism will always loom. Sharia law is in automatic and direct conflict with our U.S Constitution and the tenets of our laws. Because in some versions of Islam, Sharia law is viewed as superior to our U.S. Constitution and even with its built-in practice of Taqiyya, a radicalized person will automatically turn against our country if directed to do so. At this point, until we find a way to mitigate the radical and dangerous version of Sharia law, we can only manage the threat by utilizing the Department of Homeland Security's National Terrorism Advisory System (NTAS) our intelligence agencies, local law enforcement, and military operations. See something, say something.
I am in favor of construction of a wall and other necessary infrastructure on our border that gives complete control over entering and exiting the United States.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) should be abolished.
State and federal funds should be denied to any public or private entity, including but not limited to sanctuary cities, that are not in compliance with immigration laws.
Employers should be required to use E-verify to confirm the eligibility of their employees to work in the United States.
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
People who are proven to benefit and advance this country economically, medically, scientifically, academically, or industrially. They should prove that they have the means to support themselves. I also believe that they should medically be tested for infectious diseases. (COVID-19 is an example of why we should do that) The circumstances that they should immigrate here for work or higher education. I do not believe that romantic reasons or marriage is a good reason to allow immigrate here as there are too many instances of romance fraud.
Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.
Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.
I support adding sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression as protected classes in non-discrimination laws.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I am unashamed of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I believe that the Bible contains the written Word of God. I believe that God the Father has no beginning and end and that He created the earth in 7 days. I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God and God come in the flesh, who lived 33 years on the earth, crucified on the cross and died, and also rose of the 3rd day with all power in His hands. I believe that Jesus is the only Way, the Truth, and the Life. I believe in the baptism of the Holy Ghost. I believe in the fruit and gifts of the Holy Spirit that includes prophecy, speaking in tongues, interpretation of tongues, signs and wonders and the working of miracles. I believe that we are to love every person regardless of who they are and regardless of what they have done. I believe that we should treat everyone the way we would want to be treated. I believe that we should honor those in authority and obey the laws of the land.
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?
Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.
Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.
Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?
I want them to know that I love them and this country. I would gladly lay down my life for them, the same that I would for my family, and my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I want them to know that I am running for Congress to preserve and protect them, their freedoms and this perfectly imperfect place that we call home. I am not running for personal gain or benefits. I am sacrificing what I love the most, my privacy, for them.
Mandatory minimum sentencing should be required and enforced for violent crimes.
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
If a person is considered a free citizen, (non-incarcerated and not under parole or probation) there should be no restrictions. I would advocate for gun safety classes to somehow be implemented, but not as a law. I personally believe that a severely mentally ill patient should not have access to a loaded gun, however, I would not vote in favor of red flag laws because they are unconstitutional.
I support BDS (boycott, divestment, and sanction) against Israel if they refuse to allow the creation of a Palestinian state.
I support the legalization of recreational marijuana.
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
The Electoral College should be abolished.
In priority order, what three areas of legislation do you propose to author or sponsor if elected?
1. Add an Amendment to clarify and Reinforce the 1st and 2nd amendment. (I am aware that this requires 2/3rds of Congress to pass); 2. Border Security and Immigration: Add stricter requirements of validating and regulating migrants who enter our country and borders; 3. Amend the equal opportunity and anti-discrimination policies and anti-hate laws to include “Prohibit discrimination based on political belief, ideology or party”.
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
No. The Jim Crow form of racism does not exist in the United States today because it was legislated out. Personal forms of racism do not carry the weight that it once did pre-civil rights era because the views of most people have either died with a generation or evolved. (Today’s) modern racism, to me, is defined as a social concept and construct that has a liquid definition from individual to individual -- that morphs daily. Hatred and political correctness is a threat to domestic security. Today certain groups with hateful, violent, anti-American ideologies, such as ANTIFA is a danger to civility and domestic security in the United States. For example: ANTIFA
