Human life begins at conception and deserves legal protection at every stage until natural death.
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds or grants from federal, state, or local governments.
I support the Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, which requires health care providers to provide life-saving treatment for infants who survive an attempted abortion.
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
The following cases are allowed within 28 weeks of pregnancy ? If he or his or her spouse has eugenic or genetic mental disorders, physical or infectious diseases as prescribed by Presidential Decree; ? If pregnant by rape or semi-rape ? If they are pregnant by blood relatives or relatives who cannot be married by law ? Abortion is allowed on the condition of the consent of the person or spouse only if the continuation of pregnancy severely harms or may cause harm to the mother's health for health medical reasons (when the fetus is unable to maintain life even when the mother leaves the mother). I am a pro-life because of Respect for the right to life of the fetus A constitutional view of human dignity Although women's right to self-determination is a fundamental right to be respected, it cannot be said that it includes the right to indiscriminately influence the life of a fetus. Abortion is not responsible for the pregnancy. Adversely affecting the mother mentally and physically.
It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has a livable income.
Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.
How would you guarantee Social Security benefits for future generations?
Social security benefits are so important to the fabric of our nation. Social Security has stood the test of time. It is a cost-effective, efficient, secure pension available to all Americans. It provides benefits and security that otherwise would not be available to millions of people in the private sector. As a matter of fact, 3 out of five current retired workers depend on it for at least half of their income. Social security should receive full funding in the budget. Those funds should never be used for any other project. I also believe that there should be a minimum monthly payment of at least $1,000 a month. As this nation sees its minimum wage rise, we can not leave our seniors in poverty. Along with not leaving our elders in poverty, we also should not be supplementing millionaire lifestyles. This could be a means-testing, which would potentially reduce benefits for those who are extremely wealthy.
What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?
Foreign aid should be given to countries that support us. It is a gift from a country that has limited resources. We could solve many other problems that we face at home with that money. Also, a focus on reducing the national debt in order to eliminate interest payments should be investigated. As the wealthiest nation on the planet, we should and could be debt-free.
Under what circumstances should taxpayers help pay off existing student loans?
The borrower defense to repayment should be expanded to for-profit schools that mislead students. For-profit schools should have to pass a rigorous vetting before they are approved for student loans. In addition, public servants such as Teachers, the Military, Police, Firefighter, and volunteers for non-governmental organizations should be eligible. These people are dedicating their lives to the well-being of our society when they could earn substantially more in the private sector.
Governments should not discriminate against individuals, organizations or small businesses because of their belief that marriage is only a union of one man and one woman.
Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.
I promise to protect the freedom of Christians to share the Gospel and to practice Biblical principles.
What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
In regards to religion; the 1st Amendment in The Bill of Rights states: Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances. Our founding fathers certainly had wisdom beyond their years. We are a free people that can express our religion as we choose. Our government however, is elected by all people of all religions and as such, no single religion can be part of our rule of law.
It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has health insurance.
I support the elimination of private healthcare insurance.
How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?
Healthcare has been tied to employers for far too long. Insurance companies themselves face barriers based on state by state laws. We need to remove barriers to entry for providers and remove the link to employers. People can choose car insurance, homeowners insurance and life insurance on the private market. With some sensible laws that allow all people to obtain coverage, health insurance could be more available to all people at affordable prices. Individual market plans would be required to cover pre-existing conditions. High-risk pools would be funded by the funding used for subsidies and the Medicaid expansion. Health Savings Accounts should also be made available to everyone. This account promotes savings and individual responsibility. When people are spending their own money they become better consumers which leads to more efficiencies in the marketplace. Hospitals should be required to show prices publicly so that consumers can make an informed choice both on cost and quality.
The best way to maintain peace is through a strong military.
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of radical Islamic terrorism?
Terrorism in the name of any movement or religion is unacceptable and should be met head-on. Terrorism is not something that should be divided along party lines, we are all Americans and should continue to take action while much of the world decide if it is able to unite against Islamic terror. Americans need the security of knowing that there is a plan of action that they can stand behind. Weapons of mass destruction such as nuclear weapons need to be accounted for the world over. I also strongly believe we need to greatly limit the production of nuclear weapons around the globe in order to prevent terrorist attacks by such means on our soil. Terrorists have loudly and boldly declared war on the U.S., and I believe we need to take a proactive stance and battle them on their soil before they strike again on ours.
I am in favor of construction of a wall and other necessary infrastructure on our border that gives complete control over entering and exiting the United States.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) should be abolished.
State and federal funds should be denied to any public or private entity, including but not limited to sanctuary cities, that are not in compliance with immigration laws.
Employers should be required to use E-verify to confirm the eligibility of their employees to work in the United States.
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
We are a nation of immigrants and that has made us strong. I love this country and we should know that the people coming here love it too. We should welcome many, but we should also know who they are. The process should be expedient, especially for those with academic or other specialized skills that benefit the United States. A porous border puts our nation at risk. The surge of illegal immigrants across our borders cannot be allowed to continue. As a nation of laws, we know who are citizens are and we should know who our immigrants are. People must come to this country legally. A porous border has an ill effect on our nation and America must continue to secure the border once and for all. This security along with fair immigration laws is the best way to let good people in while keeping out the drug cartels and violent extremists.
Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.
Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.
I support adding sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression as protected classes in non-discrimination laws.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
My spiritual beliefs and values are an individual practice, I do believe in God. My beliefs bring me a sense of peace and purpose with God. My spiritual beliefs have helped not only myself but also helped others to comfort others in times of need. Spirituality is a way of gaining perspective of what is really important in the grand scheme of things & give a right direction to the value of life from God. Spiritual values have allowed me to accept that people can find peace in many ways. I have found that practices like yoga can help people with stress relief and release of emotion. Spiritual values guide me, to tell the truth about an issue, even if it means there could be a consequence. I perform my best work, it does not matter if someone is watching or not. I strive to find creative new ways to be more effective and efficient so that I can accomplish more for others. I will seek to actively serve my constituents rather than hide in the bureaucracy.
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?
Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.
I am moderately conservative because I believe the economy is personal for everyone. The stock market can be doing great, but for someone that is unemployed, that can mean very little. This nation was built on being the land of opportunity and I believe it still is. We could provide more educational opportunities at more affordable prices. There are many skilled labor jobs in this country that are going unfilled. These jobs do not require a college degree, they do require some technical training. Many social issues can be solved by an economy that lifts everyone's personal situation. Foreign policy is certainly a case by case basis. We have our tried and true allies in NATO and we should certainly be taking a hard look at countries that receive billions of dollars in aid from us.
Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.
No. However, I do believe that we are a nation of forgiveness and second chances. We should offer a path to redemption for those that have paid their debt to society and have proven themselves while living free.
Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?

I have also served as chief executive officer of the real estate investment and management companies and brokerage corporations Meridian Beverly Hills Realty and Management Inc. and as chief executive officer of legal and immigrant investment consulting at Meridian Beverly Hills Investment and Legal Group LLC. I have extensive experience contributing to the growth of the U.S. and world economy and job creation. I can carry out the right policy of strong economic growth and create new jobs to make Americans more stable and strong. As I am the CEO of the job creation and educational entrepreneurs 503 C non-profit organization, Meridian Wish Foundation30 years of dedicated support education & creation job.
Mandatory minimum sentencing should be required and enforced for violent crimes.
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
We have many gun laws on the books. We need enforcement of these laws. By definition, criminals will not respect the law and need to be held accountable for the possession of illegal weapons. Law-abiding citizens will obey the law and criminals won’t. The war on drugs was declared in 1971 and I believe that keeping guns out of criminals' hands because they’ve been banned will be just as big of a failure. The penalty for murder does not stop criminals, then neither will a gun law.
I support BDS (boycott, divestment, and sanction) against Israel if they refuse to allow the creation of a Palestinian state.
I support the legalization of recreational marijuana.
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
The Electoral College should be abolished.
In priority order, what three areas of legislation do you propose to author or sponsor if elected?
I support the free market that made this country what it is today. Legislation that impedes growth should be reviewed and repealed if necessary, every American deserves the right to own, invest, build, and prosper. In this time of great uncertainty, our military needs to stay the most advanced force in all of human history. We ask a lot of our servicemen and women, they should be provided with the best equipment possible.
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
“Injustice for one is injustice for all.” – Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Racism is a thorn in society across all social, political, economic, and cultural environments. Race, religion, gender, and sexuality are all targets of oppression. We need to continue to engage in tough conversations about race and injustice. We cannot be afraid to discuss discrimination because it is uncomfortable. We need to continue to take action so that we can limit the effect that racism has on our society. If we say nothing, then we are implying that we agree. All forms of oppression are connected, we cannot pick and choose which form of injustice to fight against.
