Right to Life

Human life begins at conception and deserves legal protection at every stage until natural death.

Strongly Agree

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds or grants from federal, state, or local governments.

Strongly Agree

I support the Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, which requires health care providers to provide life-saving treatment for infants who survive an attempted abortion.

Strongly Agree

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

NEVER - Remember that abortion is the intentional killing of an unborn baby. There is NO reason to do this. This is not the same as a miscarriage. Nor is abortion the same as medically removing the baby from the mother in order to save the mother's life. It is true that an unborn baby may or may not survive being removed from his or her mother when such a procedure is done. However, the medical goal should always attempt to save the life of both the mother and the baby. A baby does not have to be killed to be removed from the womb to save the life of the mother. Furthermore, a baby removed from the womb should never be killed on purpose but treated to save his or her life too. Abortion then is always MURDER. So-called exemptions for cases of life or health of the mother are actually foggy attempts to water down the true pro-life position. Under NO circumstances should an unborn baby be intentionally killed. I support criminal prosecution for the murder of unborn babies.

It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has a livable income.

Strongly Disagree

Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.

Strongly Agree

How would you guarantee Social Security benefits for future generations?

Basically I support a plan inspired by the economist Walter Williams. Those who have paid into SS should and must receive the benefits due to them. It would be immoral to take it away after they paid for it. Those already on SS will continue to receive it until they die. Those not drawing SS 62 years old and under will have their SS bought out, paid back in full, and the account closed. Those who have never paid into SS will be dropped before they begin. The SS program will be closed with this last generation of participants. To buy out those, 62 and younger, the following plan is set forth. The Federal Government owns around 640 million acres of land. Most of it is held in 12 western states. The vast majority of this is unConstitutional holdings. The government should sell off these lands and use the money to buy out what is owed in SS payments to those who have paid into the program pertaining to what they have already paid into it, adjusted for inflation.

What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?

Virtually everything with the exception of the military. Not only do I support reducing spending, I support eliminating many government programs altogether. The Federal Government should comply with the US Constitution. There are programs and expenditures that are unconstitutional. These should be eliminated. Forced wealth confiscation through taxation and redistribution is both unconstitutional and unbiblical. The Great Society program of LBJ is an example of an unconstitutional program.

Under what circumstances should taxpayers help pay off existing student loans?

Under absolutely NO circumstances should taxpayers help pay off student loans. In fact, the government should completely get our of servicing student loans altogether. Government involvement has actually been one of the causes of the skyrocketing cost of higher education. Also, it is fundamentally immoral for a taxpayer to be forced to pay for a benefit he does not receive himself in order to give that benefit to another person. Liberal calls for universal higher education are agenda-driven.

Religious Liberty

Governments should not discriminate against individuals, organizations or small businesses because of their belief that marriage is only a union of one man and one woman.

Strongly Agree

Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.

Strongly Agree

I promise to protect the freedom of Christians to share the Gospel and to practice Biblical principles.

What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?

1) The phrase is not in the US Constitution. Rather it comes from a letter by T. Jefferson to the Danbury Baptist. In the letter, the context was to protect the church from the state. 2) Militant secularist have taken up the motto to call for an idea foreign to the original intent of the founders. They cry "separation" of church and state, but what they mean is actually the "silence" of the church and "secularization" of the state. We must not let this deception continue. This nation was founded largely by Christians upon Christian principles. Christianity was taught in the New England Primer which was used throughout the schools at the time of the founding. Secular progressives have attached the Christian faith, which is the foundation of our very freedom. I utterly oppose the attempts by militant secularists to silence Christians and secularize our government and society.

It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has health insurance.

Strongly Disagree

I support the elimination of private healthcare insurance.

Strongly Disagree

How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?

I believe that any solution must be guided by five principles. 1) Get the government completely out of funding healthcare (this is not a Constitutional function of government nor is forced wealth redistribution biblical). 2) It should be a private free market capitalistic solution. 3) It should promote personal responsibility. 4) It should promote the family as a primary solution for those in need. 5) It should promote free charitable solutions for those falling through the cracks. - Therefore, I propose a plan to do the following... 1) give a dollar for dollar Federal income tax break on (a.) on 99% of the purchase of one's own private health insurance, or (b.) 99% of the purchase of another individual's private health insurance. (This will also reduce the general income tax burden.) That 1% is left will promote shopping for the best price. 2) Open up interstate competition for health insurance. 3) Reduce regulatory expenses. 4) Tort reform and limits on litigation awards.

National Security

The best way to maintain peace is through a strong military.

Strongly Agree

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of radical Islamic terrorism?

1st) Continue the path President Trump has begun in rebuilding the US military. 2nd) Back Israel to the fullest and support Israeli military supremacy, interest, and military actions in the region. 3rd) Continue to impose crippling sanctions on Iran. 4th) Utilize preemptive strikes to take out terror cells when military intelligence suggests an imminent and real threat exists. 5th) While I too share in President Trump's goal of bringing as many American troops home as possible, and while I oppose "nation-building", and I also support the national sovereignty of other peoples, in areas in the Middle East where US troops have recently occupied foreign soil due to military conflict, I support leaving small heavily fortified drone & air base garrisons in such regions for the SOLE purpose of protecting AMERICAN national security interest against future threats. This is similar to King David's actions in 2 Samuel 8:14 and is a wise step between occupation and complete withdraw.

I am in favor of construction of a wall and other necessary infrastructure on our border that gives complete control over entering and exiting the United States.

Strongly Agree

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) should be abolished.

Strongly Disagree

State and federal funds should be denied to any public or private entity, including but not limited to sanctuary cities, that are not in compliance with immigration laws.

Strongly Agree

Employers should be required to use E-verify to confirm the eligibility of their employees to work in the United States.

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

Those who 1) denounce all allegiance to Communism or to Shariah law, 2) pledge fidelity and allegiance to the US Constitution, and to the US flag, 3) who learn a reasonable amount of English to function, (elderly relatives accompanied in an immigrant family coming may have a more modest score), 4) agree to receive NO welfare funds or government assistance, 5) give credible reason not to be a burden to society, 6) not be a criminal felon, 7) have a sponsor, a job, and a plan. 8) or in limited cases have a real and "genuine" political asylum need as a persecuted person fleeing from real danger. For example, someone fleeing a known totalitarian state, a state that persecutes Christians or Jews, a state that is known for serious human rights abuses.

Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

Strongly Disagree

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.

Strongly Agree

I support adding sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression as protected classes in non-discrimination laws.

Strongly Disagree

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I am a Conservative Evangelical Christian and an ordained Southern Baptist Preacher. I believe in One God that is revealed in three persons - Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, who created all things in 6 literal days (no evolution)... in Jesus Christ as Lord, the Son of God, the Jewish Messiah, the only Savior, born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, was crucified for our sins, bodily rose again the 3rd day, is the ONLY way of salvation, and is coming again to establish His kingdom... in the Gospel that a person is saved only by grace without any works, salvation is received through repentance from sin and faith in Jesus Christ, justification is by faith alone... that the Bible is the perfect, inspired, inerrant, sufficient, authoritative Word of God... there is a literal Heaven, and a literal burning Hell that the lost are tormented in forever... in angels, Satan, and demons... in God's standard of morality, the 10 Commandments, abortion is murder, homosexual acts are an abomination.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?

Very Conservative

Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.

Conservative views are really from the Bible. The 10 Commandments are divided into two tables. The horizontal commandments relates man to man. With these, there are three aspects for each command. There is 1) A Rule Prescribed, 2) A Royal Principle, and 3) A Right Protected. For example, in the 6th command, there is the rule prescribed against murder. There is the royal principle which is the sanctity of life. There is the right protected which is the right to life. The 8th command not to steal likewise gives us the sanctity of private property and the right to private property. The 5th command gives the sanctity of the family and parental rights. The 7th commandment, the sanctity of holy matrimony of a man and a woman and the right to such ALONE. The 9th gives us the sanctity of a good name and a right not to be slandered. The 10th commandment gives the sanctity of all that is lawfully entrusted to us and the right to not suffer harassment through the want and envy of others.

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?

1st) God ordained three institutions, the family, the church, and the state. God must be recognized as Sovereign over each of these institutions. Those who seek to remove God as The Sovereign, inevitably place the state in that position. When the state is sovereign, the rights of man are seen as granted by the state or removed by the state. The end has been a disaster for those nations that abandon God. Therefore the acknowledgment of God by the state and society is vital. Consider the opening words of the Declaration of Independence to understand how our Founding Fathers understood this matter. 2nd) The family is the building block of society. Erode enough of these blocks and the nation crumbles. As the family goes, so goes the nation. As biblical morals go, so goes the family. As biblical faith goes, so goes biblical morality. Anything that undermines Christianity, will undermine morals, will undermine the family, and inevitably destroy the nation. I firmly believe this!

Criminal Justice

Mandatory minimum sentencing should be required and enforced for violent crimes.

Strongly Agree

2nd Amendment

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

NONE to those not previously convicted with a felony. - I support the second amendment fully. Punish criminals, not law-abiding gun owners. Criminals will not turn in their guns. Gun control is nothing more than a liberal fool's folly. The 2nd Amendment is vital, not merely for hunters and sportsmen, but for the citizens to protect themselves from their OWN government. The 2nd Amendment is what actually guarantees the rights and freedoms of all the other amendments.

Other Important Issues

I support BDS (boycott, divestment, and sanction) against Israel if they refuse to allow the creation of a Palestinian state.

Strongly Disagree

I support the legalization of recreational marijuana.

Strongly Disagree

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

Strongly Disagree

The Electoral College should be abolished.

Strongly Disagree

In priority order, what three areas of legislation do you propose to author or sponsor if elected?

1) Federal Ban on Abortion. 2) Education Vouchers paid to Parents to Empower Them with School Choice 3) Federal Constitutional Amendment defining marriage as between a man and a woman. 4) Legislation disincentivizing immorality and that strengthens biblical marriage and the family. 5) Give tax breaks targeting working fathers with stay-at-home mothers, and for extra babies. 6) Build the wall on the southern border. 7) Further, reduce taxes and regulations.

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

No, however Cultural Marxism is a real and growing threat. Classic Marxism views the world as a conflict between the working class and the labor class. For Classic Marxism, Capitalism must be overthrown for the labor class to get what it deserves. Cultural Marxism views the world as a conflict between the privileged hegemony class and the marginalized outcast, or between the oppressor class and the oppressed class. Like Classic Marxism, Cultural Marxism calls for an overthrow of society to right the wrong with a new "social" justice. This dangerous theory is now being expounded in American universities and is being taught to students in American public schools. Those who have so-called "white privilege" who are male, sis-gendered, heterosexual, Christians, are truly considered the "bad" guys. Therefore, the Founding Fathers were all evil. Christian pastors and leaders are evil. Cultural Marxism is at the heart of a hate America ideology that kneels at the Pledge of Allegiance.
