This is because the three branches of government, which are the executive, legislative and judicial are co-equal, were define so that one does not encroach upon the other. This is the ability to have checks and balances to hold our government accountable.

Criminal Justice

I support the death penalty.


Mandatory minimum sentencing should be required and enforced for violent crimes.
