Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds or grants from federal, state, or local governments.
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
Abortion, because it is a deliberate attempt to end life, should not be allowed. In the rare instances where the continuation of pregnancy is an immediate threat to the life of the mother, the baby should be delivered early with all attempts to save both the mother and the baby. There is the possibility that the baby may die, but there should be no intent to cause harm to the baby, but instead to preserve the life of both the mother and the child.

The role government plays is investing the taxpayers' funds it receives into projects that benefit the citizens by affording them the opportunity to build and grow homegrown businesses. This spreads money to more citizens to help eliminate poverty and, at the same time, generates positive movement for Louisiana.
