I am a lifelong Republican conservative political activist, both in Florida and Louisiana. I am conservative on national defense, having given 32 years of service in the National Guard and Naval Reserves with over 30 periods of active duty, including 7 periods at The Pentagon. I spent decades as a volunteer national officer of the Navy Association, including 2 years as National President. I served 8 years as an elder in a conservative church in Coral Gables, Florida, and as a deacon at The Chapel on the Campus. I also authored and published a Christian book entitled Between Life and Eternity, which is sold on Amazon, and details my personal experiences with tragedy and redemption.

What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?

I have a law degree and was a law clerk for a federal judge as well as a Navy JAG legal officer for 30 years. In the Navy Association. I was National Vice President for Legislation and National Parliamentarian, before becoming National President. I have extensive business experience, including management with The Shaw Group and several family businesses.

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?

I consider public service a calling. I have shown my dedication to publc service with years of military service and community involvement. I would consider it an honor to serve the 16th district.
