Prior to proof of life (heartbeat), and in the cases of life-threatening situations for mother and child.

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of radical Islamic terrorism?

The US has a right to protect its citizens from all terrorism, regardless of the religion involved. However, I can not make a statement on actual measures, as I am not fully familiar with our present capabilities.

What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?

Power corrupts. The founders wanted to limit the powers of men, to protect the rights of mankind. Unfortunately, those limits have been terribly eroded over time.

while I do not consider myself fundamentalist, I do call myself Christian, and use the teachings of Jesus to inform my decisions. And yes, I read my Bible daily.

How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?

Let the free market reign. Capitalists tend to be opportunists. They will fill any niche they can find, if the Government would just get out of the way.

What role should government play in boosting the economy?

None.

What changes should be made to the tax code?

Abolish and start anew. Preferably with either a flat or fair tax (if taxes are indeed necessary).

What is the best way to bring down unemployment?

Stop costing business money with heinous and draconian regulations, so they are then free to spend that money *employing* people.

How would you guarantee Social Security benefits for future generations?

I'm not sure that's even possible at this time. However, if I could, I would return the control of SS contributions to the workers who earned them-Let them invest and maintain their retirement accounts.

What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?

BS Political Science. Member Pi Sigma Alpha, National Political Science Honor Society. Studied Constitutional Law at Concord School of Law. Former manager of multi-billion global corporation. Former Federal Law Enforcement Officer.

I'm a feisty grandma focused on making sure my grandbabies inherit the great nation I love. I won't back down, and I can't be bought. I aim to misbehave on behalf of the American People.
