Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

None. Let 'Nature' take its course.

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of radical Islamic terrorism?

At the risk of seeming naive, it's important to understand their religious belief system and their lack of thorough understanding of Jesus - and, his purpose on Earth. I feel that their belief system was stunted with the death of their Muhammad. After all, Jesus died, for ALL of our sins; after which, He resurrected from the dead and then spent 40 days, on this planet, proving he had been raised by the Power of God, before ascending into Heaven. For that matter, the need for this understanding should be worldwide. I believe once they are properly educated they will become a sincere and welcoming friend; if not, then, we have an enemy.

What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?

The thought process was to protect the people from too much governmental power; basically, having a good balance of 'government and people'. To have people living without fear of the government and for the elected officials to best represent their constituents - The 'Balance of Powers'.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I am Catholic. I attended eight (8) years of parochial, grammar school. I consider myself to have a strong foundation. In the fourth grade I belonged to the 'Legion of Decency'; this has stuck with me all through life. I am not perfect, but who is? I try to treat everyone as I would want to be treated. It's not easy in an ungodly world. I talk to God-the-Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost to keep me on a safe path. I, also, pray to the 'Blessed Mother' as the Mediatrix to her son, Jesus. She never lets me down. I have had a hard and unorthodox life due to years of theft and deception in every aspect of life. However, with the Power of the 'Holy Trinity' and the help of the 'Blessed Mother' I am still living for my destiny. I believe in marrying to have children and to have them well educated and, to be an asset to society.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?

Very Conservative

Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.

I believe in discipline and behaving the rules; it builds character. I am not a hard-nosed person, but it's important to keep the seams tight to protect the well-being of our Country. I love 'People' and our 'Country'.

How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?

A 'NEW" Plan needs to be devised. Perhaps, a flat percentage rate, out of paychecks, for everyone across the board. Everyone needs to participate including temporary 'welfare' recipients.

What role should government play in boosting the economy?

The government can only do so much - protection is its chief role. It is up to individuals to step up-to-plate and create or find jobs. It is important to be as educated as need be and to continue on bettering themselves. However, the future should bring new jobs due to 'Sustainable Energy' being applied across the Planet and, other innovative ways of improving our lifestyles. Therefore, taking courses and refining skills is important to be ready for a new future. No time for fun and games; it is time to start taking life more seriously - and, to participate.

What changes should be made to the tax code?

A good look at the tax code is necessary. Some juggling around may take place to best spend money where it is productive and for the best interest of the overall Country. There should not be a tax code that burdens the productivity of businesses or people.

What is the best way to bring down unemployment?

Education goes a long way. It's important to find out why a person is unemployed. Improper attitude should not penalize the tax payers or government.

How would you guarantee Social Security benefits for future generations?

Continue on the way it is. People make far more money now than the older generations and, they are a healthier generation.

What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?

I have a 'Masters in Life'. The old expression: Walk in another's shoes for one mile - well, I would like to see someone walk in my shoes for an inch. They couldn't do it. I have seen and experienced every aspect and department of life, including the medical world. I was fortunate enough to be given the gifts of: Ultra, ultra, ultra amount of Common Sense - Problem Solving Skills - Creative Thinker - Good Business Sense - Sales Skills - People Skills - Analytical Skills - Real Estate Skills - Insightfulness - Independence - Legal Sense - Numerous courses to keep myself well-rounded. In addition, during the years of 1995 to 2000, I had gone on an adventure/venture trip to the TriState areas of Idaho, Wyoming, and Montana without a driver's license and without a job. I participated in whatever the areas had to offer including a visit to the 'nuclear energy' site (because I was on the Ballot, in Idaho, that being their main issue. No other Candidate had visited that site); etc.

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?

I do not have a website (for bizarre reasons); therefore, I have three (3) attachments, that I had intended for a website, that I will gladly send, showing my 'INTRODUCTION and AGENDA'. For this purpose, only, write to: maryjcharbonneauforusrep@yahoo.com. Write in the SUBJECT line: INTRO & AGENDA. Press the SEND button. I will send three (3) attachments. Also, the League of Women's Voters will be posting their website, in October, showing their five (5) questions and answers for and from the Candidates. Their website is: informedvoterMA.org. Give their site a chance to launch. Their site - this site - and, my attachments should be more than enough. Thank you and I hope you will be looking for a new Candidate with Fresh Ideas and your best interests in mind - and, I hope that Candidate will be me. On, Tuesday, November 06, 2018 - VOTE!
