Strong businesses create economic vitality The key to full employment depends on a strong and functional economy

Decrease the role of government, curtail entitlement spending, expand insurance choices, emphasize private sector solutions that help control costs and empower individuals to oversee their healthcare decisions that meet their needs and budget.

State Representative, two terms. I serve on the Higher Education, Transportation, Public Safety and Rules Committees. My experience, service and leadership prepared me to be an effective legislator.

For the past four years, I have worked hard to represent the best interests of the Whatcom County. There’s more to do. I will continue to fight for a state government that works for us and not the other way around.
