Governments should not discriminate against individuals, organizations or small businesses because of their belief that marriage is only a union of one man and one woman.

Governments should define marriage as between one man and one woman; no other definition of marriage should be legalized or supported with taxpayer or public funds.

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

Abortion should be allowed if the mother consents and the fetus is too young to survive outside the womb. The father should also have rights, provided the fetus wasn't conceived through rape or incest, or if the mother's life is endangered.

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of radical Islamic terrorism?

The United States should stop the endless war on terror, and stop arming and bombing the entire world. We created most of our enemies, including radical Islamic terrorists, as a result of our indiscriminate death and destruction overseas. Millions of innocent men, women, and children have been slaughtered by our hands and/or our weaponry. We can't bomb our way to peace.

What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?

America's Founders carefully defined, separated, and limited powers in the Constitution because humans throughout history have had a tendency to become corrupt with power and greed.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I was raised Roman Catholic, and I still consider myself to be Christian in nature.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?

Somewhat Liberal

Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.

In some ways, I am conservative because I want to cut executive and judicial branch government spending, but I am socially liberal in that I support publicly funded services like healthcare and education.

How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?

I support and promote a single payer healthcare system as well as legalized cannabis, which is a low cost preventative and treatment for many ailments.

What role should government play in boosting the economy?

The government should give small businesses better tax breaks and incentives than large businesses.

What changes should be made to the tax code?

Individuals making less than $75k/yr in this day and age should be exempt from income tax. Corporations should pay taxes based on their number of employees and whether or not those employees receive government assistance.

What is the best way to bring down unemployment?

The best way to bring down unemployment is by focusing first on education for all, then by focusing on what I call #HIRE (Healthcare, Infrastructure, Renewables and Education). We need to be our best, healthiest, most educated selves in order to further society as a whole.

How would you guarantee Social Security benefits for future generations?

I would like to make it illegal for that money to be cut off or spent elsewhere. Too many of us would be left destitute without Social Security benefits.

What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?

I am a lifelong Michigander, who is 43 years old with 4 kids. I am Of, By, and For the People, rejecting/refusing all corporate money and SuperPAC donations. I care deeply about my fellow human beings, and the rest of this planet too. I graduated in the Top 10 of my class, and went to college on a full academic scholarship. I am ready to help the People get the representation they deserve.
