Governments should not discriminate against individuals, organizations or small businesses because of their belief that marriage is only a union of one man and one woman.

Strongly Agree

Governments should define marriage as between one man and one woman; no other definition of marriage should be legalized or supported with taxpayer or public funds.

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

Though I believe human life begins in the womb, I don't believe it's beneficial to criminalize abortion. Jailing or fining doctors or mothers doesn't stop abortion. It only gives incentive for less safe alternatives to abortion. In short, legislation regarding abortion causes more problems than it solves. Prohibition doesn't work and only makes people resort to less safe alternatives.

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of radical Islamic terrorism?

The United States military should stay home. There is an enormous amount of blow-back from our military presence in Islamic nations. They don't hate us because we are free. They hate us because we are occupying their home country. Imagine for a second that any middle eastern country had a military base near you. Imagine that this foreign military force was going door to door looking for "terrorists". What would you do? When the U.S. military kills innocent civilians in collateral damage, it creates terrorism. The answer is to be a bastion of freedom and not militarism and government control.

What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?

I have great respect for many of America's founding fathers. Unfortunately their limited government has grown to the biggest government in the world. Their war against taxation led to much higher domestic taxes. Washington led armies to quell domestic rebellions against his new government. There is no, and never has been,a "consent of the governed" as was outlined in the decoration of independence. America's government made progress, but we can do better.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I believe ALL people have equal rights. This includes those in government. This includes people from other countries. This is ALL people. I believe that we all have a right to our life, liberty, and justly acquired property. We do not have the right to other's life, liberty, and justly acquired property. I believe in FREEDOM. Freedom is what you have when nobody else is imposing their will upon you. I believe that the only moral human interaction is voluntary interaction, and the only justified use of force is in defense of life, liberty, and justly acquired property. I believe that if there is no victim, there is no crime. True crime either has damages done or violates the rights of a victim. FREEDOM is always the answer!

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?

Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.

This dichotomy of "conservative or liberal" doesn't fit me. I am liberal in all ways that coincide with the principals of freedom. I am conservative in all the ways that coincide with the principals of freedom. "Liberals" are generally better at promoting freedom socially. "Conservatives" are generally better at being more fiscally responsible. But both fall far short of the ideals of individual freedom. Both sides want to improve the country through controlling individuals in one way or another. I want to improve the country through promoting freedom and letting you control your life. Freedom makes us all more prosperous.

How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?

I would get the government out of all aspects of it. It's because of strict government IP laws that an pharmaceutical companies can mark up the cost of medicine. It's government which takes your tax dollars and spends it on healthcare you may not want or need. Competition through the free market lowers prices. Charity disappears if the government tries to fill that role with your tax dollars. Regulation makes everything more expensive. Medication and the health should not be part of the scope of government. People should be free to make their own decisions about their own body even if they make bad decisions. The only way to make it affordable and adequate is it to let the free market work. The only way to make it accessible for all is by making it legal to buy, sell, manufacture, practice, and compete in all things health. Freedom is the answer.

What role should government play in boosting the economy?

In the end, the best thing the government can do for the economy is let you keep your money instead of spending it for you. The US government is over 22 trillion in debt. The US government is not vary good at budgeting. You as an individual are much better and have every right to keep and spend your money as you see fit. The government has no right to spend your income. The government should get out of the way of business. You shouldn't need a license or permission to own or start a business. You should be free to work, build, and trade as you like. The government doesn't produce anything, so the government can't boost an economy. Freedom is the answer and the free-market is based on freedom.

What changes should be made to the tax code?

I would lessen it virtually every chance I get. Taxation is legalized theft.

What is the best way to bring down unemployment?

Get rid of the minimum wage.

How would you guarantee Social Security benefits for future generations?

I would give them the option to opt out as soon as possible. Our country over 22 trillion in debt. If America had zero dollars, we would 22 trillion more dollars than we have right now. Obviously the individual is much better at saving than the government. The government should not be in the retirement fund business.

What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?

No one is qualified to rule over others. I recognize that all people are equal and that controlling others through force, government force or otherwise, is a violation of our innate human right. That is why I am running. I am not a standard politician trying to win your vote. I am an individual who stands on principal. I had a moral obligation to run, and that is why I am running for office.

E-mail address and phone number for voters to reach you: phone#: 318-559-9149

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?

If I don't have my character, I have nothing. I will be honest with you. If I didn't run, there would be no option to vote for freedom on the ballot. Thus, I felt morally obligated to do my part and run for office. Some of my first thoughts where: I want to make it a jail-able offence for politicians to lie to the public while on campaign or in office. I will have to take a pay decrease to the median income of the 5th congressional district of Louisiana. That's a decrease from 170k (what congressmen make per year) to about 37k (what the people of the 5th District make per year)... Government should be a servant, not a master. People should have no masters. There should be no slaves. People need to be free. Freedom for peaceful people is always the answer.
