Follow the Tenth Amendment by evolving away from Federal oversight into State and local oversight. I call this, "MediState."

I am a patriot who is not part of the political breed. Within my community and my district in Northern California I am known to be a person of patriotism and integrity. I am forthright, yet diplomatic. I am a pragmatist and an optimist.

I am an environmentalist. I do not accept the United Nations attempt to hijack the environmental movement with civil rights negating, "Agenda 21." For this reason I will not trust the President's Council on Sustainable Development or "Smart Growth." I understand chemtrails to be a major ongoing threat to life. I seek to expose them; I will work to eliminate them. I stongly advocete the development of wave energy conversion.
