Questionnaire

Human life begins at conception and deserves legal protection at every stage until natural death.

Strongly Agree

I am in favor of construction of a wall and other necessary infrastructure on our border that gives complete control over entering and exiting the United States.

Strongly Agree

Governments should not discriminate against individuals, organizations or small businesses because of their belief that marriage is only a union of one man and one woman.

Disagree

Governments should define marriage as between one man and one woman; no other definition of marriage should be legalized or supported with taxpayer or public funds.

I voted in these primaries and general elections:

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

I am Pro-Life, however the rule of law is Roe vs. Wade so I doubt that my opinion on this will matter. We should be focusing our attention on more pressing issues, like balancing our budget and getting a comprehensive immigration strategy.

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of radical Islamic terrorism?

We need to secure our borders. We need to have a comprehensive defense policy and give our military anything they need to make us safe.

What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?

Checks and balances were placed in the Constitution to ensure that no one abused their office. My opponent, Chris Collins has been doing that and has subsequently been arrested. Since I knew the local GOP was still going to endorse him, I decided to take matters into my own hands by running against him.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I am Roman Catholic and Pro-Life.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?

Very Conservative

Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.

I am a small business owner and think government regulation is out of control. Here is a video of me ripping on OSHA after an audit to my company. Http://Smartevals.com/osha I am pro 2nd amendment and have a shotgun for home protection. I have done martial arts for 15 years. On my webpage, http://FixItLarry.org you will see a video of me doing a Tae Kwon Do kick that many kids half my age can't do. I am an Eagle Scout and my son is getting his in probably 2 months (fingers crossed). I don't have a ton of publicly available information, as for the last 15 years I've worked 60 hours per week building my business.

How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?

I would form a committee to make incremental changes. Clearly the large scale, "Repeal and Replace" efforts are not working. Everyone knows it is too expensive, but the trick is how to fix it cheaply.

What role should government play in boosting the economy?

1) Restore the State and Local Tax deduction that unfairly taxes NY state. 2) Restore tax levels for the top 1% 3) Make middle class tax cuts permanent 4) Re-evaluate many small business regulations 5) Encourage small business growth

What changes should be made to the tax code?

1) Restore the State and Local Tax deduction that unfairly taxes NY state. 2) Restore tax levels for the top 1% 3) Make middle class tax cuts permanent

What is the best way to bring down unemployment?

Restore taxes to the top 1% and give more tax breaks to small business owners. It is only by developing small businesses will America have sustained growth.

How would you guarantee Social Security benefits for future generations?

We need to restore taxes on the top 1% and use it to fund social security.

What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?

I started my own small business 15 years ago. http://SmartEvals.com With no debt and no outside investors, we now have 25 employees in WNY and help colleges and universities teach better classes. In this time, I also tried to start a company to label fake news: http://Identifact.org and while brainstorming ways to improve on Chris Collins I started a second company, The American Center for eDemocracy, LLC. http://eDemocracy.us. All profits while I am in office for eDemocracy will go to the employees of the company and not me.

E-mail address and phone number for voters to reach you:

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?

I am Pro-Trump and believe that we are seeing great economic growth. I believe democrats should stop playing political games and start supporting the President. I am willing to give my congressional salary (less Washington expenses) to charity. I am a huge believer in giving more power to the citizens in the United States and have founded the American Center for eDemocracy, http://eDemocracy.us. If I am elected, all profit from this company will go to employees, not me. I have donated $152,000 to the National Wildlife Federation to protect fish and game populations. https://blog.nwf.org/2018/09/changing-the-tide-for-americas-public-lands-and-wildlife/?s_email_id=20180922_MEM_ENG_NorthernRockiesPacific_September_Edition|MTOther I have signed the Moe Term Limits pledge that limits my term and I will push for term limits for all congresspeople. My father was a Vietnam Veteran, and I support our military and police.
