Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
Abortion is a private consideration between the patient and the doctor. The doctor has taken an oath to "do no harm." Until We, the People, stand united and over ride the Court's use of raw judicial power, we remain as prisoners of our own creation. I am personally opposed to abortion because it upsets the natural balance of humanity. Furthermore, abortion targets cultural segments of our society. 70% of abortions are in the context of a population base of 13% of the United States. It is skewed towards the poverty, the socially depressed and the under educated segments of our society. I grew up on the Reservation and I have witnessed the devastation this procedure has done to the Native family units. It is a genocide that we have yet to feel the full impact of its legalization.
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of radical Islamic terrorism?
Change the environment that has created the platform. We are involved in the longest war of our history and there is not a single success that is casebook worthy for use as a model for devolving radical Islam. Using violence as a means to deter or alter a religiously held belief will only create more of the same. Stop the bombing and the violence by bringing our troops home immediately and quit the intervention in sovereign governments. That is the root cause of this problem.
What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?
Libertarianism.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
Love thy neighbor as thyself.
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?
No Answer
Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.
This question cannot be answered with a check box and we need to define the terms. I will use the Libertarian definitions as framework. On foreign policy, I am very conservative. I stand with the Founders with free trade with all and no entanglements. On immigration, we need an orderly process that excludes any entitlements or special assistance and insures assimilation. On this topic I am Liberal. On the economy, I am very liberal. The government needs to stay completely out of the markets. Let people bake cakes for whoever will buy them and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone they choose. On social matters, I think that the injustices that we have done to our indigenous peoples has to be righted. The broken promises and the outright theft of rights, liberty and property are a stain on our heritage. It must be redressed. The Federal government has no constitutional authority in education, environment, urban development, agriculture or health and human services.
How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?
Tort Law reform. Monetary limits on malpractice claims. Start where the Federal government has authority.
What role should government play in boosting the economy?
Stay out of it. Abolish the IRS and personal income tax. Look at what the paltry Trump tax cut did for the economy. Repeal Obamacare. Stop the Medicaid Expansion movement. There you have it. We will have 8% GDP if we took those small measures.
What changes should be made to the tax code?
Exempt all personal income from income tax. Taxation is theft.
What is the best way to bring down unemployment?
Get government intervention out of the markets. There are three areas of interventionism which create the unemployment bubble. Number One is prohibitionism and the attempt to eliminate all risk. Number Two, egalitarianism and the idea that victim groups should get special status. Number Three, environmentalism. The emotional concept that man is the lowest creature and every creature or inanimate thing has rights. These pivot points of Federal intervention deplete the capital resources of manufacturing and resource extraction which then expands the low paying tertiary sector that we witnessed in the Obama years. This is then followed with the hew and cry to raise the minimum wage which then creates more unemployment.
How would you guarantee Social Security benefits for future generations?
Social Security is ponzi scheme as it is currently managed. I would advocate that it become the trust fund that it was told it would be to the American people and then begin a phase out of the program before the promises absorbs the entire budget.
What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?
Article 1, Section 3 mandates that I be a citizen of the United States and over the age of 30. Which I meet. That is the only constitutional qualification. Having said that, I am an Army veteran and professional land surveyor. There is something unique in the education and the training of a soldier/surveyor. Washington, Jefferson, Lincoln, Lewis and Clark, all educated in the science and art of surveying. They all solved problems from the terra firma of private property rights. I solve problems and form conclusions not on feeling or emotion but on sound legal principles. As a former Infantry Officer, I have an eye for the health, safety and welfare of the men under my charge that won't compromise the mission. Having sworn an oath to uphold the constitution and defend it against all enemies, foreign or domestic, I am more than equipped to execute the office of United States Senator without violating that oath of office.

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?
Democrats and Republicans have given the voters 22 trillion reasons to vote Libertarian: the national debt. That is the legacy of their control of the levers of power. It is time to change the paradigm before it is too late. The National Debt is the Number 1 issue and this questionnaire has totally ignored that menace. Libertarians will not steal from you in the form of taxation; will not ask you to send our sons and daughters to engage in foreign wars without constitutional approval; will not impose the force of government in the form of seizure of your private property; will not restrict your liberty in order to advance the cause or agenda of others. In short, this election is the opportunity to send that message around the world. Vote for liberty. Vote Libertarian.
