Human life begins at conception and deserves legal protection at every stage until natural death.

Strongly Agree

I am in favor of construction of a wall and other necessary infrastructure on our border that gives complete control over entering and exiting the United States.

Strongly Agree

Governments should not discriminate against individuals, organizations or small businesses because of their belief that marriage is only a union of one man and one woman.

Strongly Agree

Governments should define marriage as between one man and one woman; no other definition of marriage should be legalized or supported with taxpayer or public funds.

Agree

It is the government’s responsibility to be sure everyone has a livable income.

Strongly Disagree

It is the government’s responsibility to be sure everyone has health insurance.

Strongly Disagree

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which permitted our system of limited government.

Strongly Agree

More restrictive gun control is needed to protect public safety.

Disagree

Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.

Strongly Agree

Additional regulations are needed to prevent climate change.

Disagree

Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.

Strongly Agree

The United States should help defend Israel from attack by its enemies.

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments.

Islamic law (Sharia) should take precedence over national and state laws where there are Islamic majority communities in the U. S.

I voted in these primaries and general elections:

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

rape, incest, danger to the life of the mother

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of radical Islamic terrorism?

We must first recognize and ACKNOWLEDGE the threat!

What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?

GREED - more specifically, the danger of entrusting too much authority in any one individual; absolute power corrupts, so our Forefathers created a system whereby one person/branch is unable to amass absolute power.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I am a Christian/man of faith and was raised that way. My faith is very personal and a major motivator in what drives my actions.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?

Conservative

Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.

My voting record since I was a PA State Representative and for the last 5 years as a Member of the U.S. House, speaks to my overall "conservative" description. Amongst myriad other organizations, I was listed as one of the 3rd most conservative Members of Congress at one point; the Club for Growth presently has me ranked as #2 on its "Defenders of Economic Freedom" scorecard; the American Conservative Union has me scored at 96.06% lifetime rating thus far, etc. I believe strongly in the Constitution, fiscal responsibility/conservatism, defending the liberties of our Nation and family values, amongst myriad other values.

How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?

Healthcare coverage should be patient-centered and market-based.

What role should government play in boosting the economy?

by limiting taxation, regulation and the incessant government involvement in private enterprise/business

What changes should be made to the tax code?

FLAT TAX

What is the best way to bring down unemployment?

continue to encourage/pass policies/legislation that foster private economy

How would you guarantee Social Security benefits for future generations?

The Social Security system according to the Trustees is insolvement and will continue to get worse. We need stronger economic growth to fix this issue and guarantee SS to those to whom it was promised and those who expected it. We need lower taxes and less regulation on private business to foster stronger economic growth in this Country. And we desperately need agreed-upon reform to other entitlement programs

What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?

I have been deeply involved in the activities of our Country since I was very young. I worked my way through college to pay for it, I enlisted in the military when I was 18 - in which I still serve, deployed in myriad locations and am a Combat Veteran - was a small business owner who understands how difficult it is to be able to sign the front side of a check, take care of employees and be drowned by unnecessary and paralyzing government regulation, served at the local government/township level for many years - in addition to working many grassroots campaigns, efforts, etc. - earned my way to serving as a PA State Representative for 6 years, and now have had the privilege of serving in the Congress for 5 years.
