Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

When it is scientifically determined that the fetus has no conscious activity and can feel no pain. If fathers want an abortion but the mother declines, father should be exempt from child support liability. If mother wants an abortion but father wants life, mother should be held liable to father if the fetus was not unplanned.

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of radical Islamic terrorism?

Make our defense truly defensive. Do not use military to protect foreign capital investments; do not use military to help secure access to foreign raw materials; do not get involved in foreign civil wars; do not nation-build; allies will be friends of our Constitution. Have foreigners admire our society, and not the strength of our military.

What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?

The nature of human beings to be maximize their happiness and the happiness of everyone in society.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I believe that it is important for everyone to have beliefs regarding the nature of the universe and what humanity's and your own purpose should be in it. One should have one's own truth, and vigorously defend it, and constantly strive to believe in the truth. Otherwise, you should change your beliefs. One should allow others to have their own beliefs even if different from your own. Live and let live. Government should not get into the minds of its citizens. One of the great values of being a parent is the right to bring up your kids with your own adopted values. That should not be interfered with by the government. Related to this is my advocacy of privatizing and emancipating the schools and funding them through vouchers and education accounts. All schools can receive voucher payments. Give parents real choice as to the school their children can attend.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?

No Answer

Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.

None of the above -- I'm libertarian.

How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?

Return our healthcare industry to the free market, assisted by non-mandated insurance, and voluntary charity.

What role should government play in boosting the economy?

Government should not be creating ideals of its citizen or society. They should be neutral as to whether society wants to boost the economy or not. Government should get out of the economy. Free markets work best in boosting the economy for those individuals that aspire to more income and wealth. Government's role should be to protect property rights, and to ensure the integrity of the dollar.

What changes should be made to the tax code?

We should get rid of all income taxes and replace it with a transaction tax. Single rate on every transaction, including paychecks, goods, services, and property transfers. Revenue-neutral at first, and then the rate is lowered as government size is reduced. Government shall not use taxes for social engineering. A completely amoral tax code.

What is the best way to bring down unemployment?

The unemployment rate should be determined by the free market. Government should not interfere.

How would you guarantee Social Security benefits for future generations?

The social security program should be migrated to 401(k) accounts for individuals. Those currently not drawing benefits have 5 years in which to get their benefit; otherwise, they get the equivalent in a 401(k) account. All government employee pensions should be converted to 401(k) accounts. Elected officials should not get retirement contributions.

What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?

It doesn't. I advocate for freedom; not that I would be a better manager of society through government controls.

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?

I was fired for whistleblowing when I reported my employer was cheating people on their utility bills, and possibly causing a paper mill to go bankrupt and 160 people to lose their family-wage jobs. I was ordered escorted off the property by the company's chief legal counsel, who is the wife of my opponent. I was labeled a violent risk to fellow employees. The public utility commission did nothing. Oregon is dominated by a political machine which puts its members into nice places throughout the state. I was sacrificed as a threat to that machine. The biggest threat to our economy and our way of life is our government. It must be limited to protection of life, liberty, and property, and no more. Government should retard unwanted force, and not initiate it. We are headed for ruination if things proceed in the direction that they're going. I'm a voice that's giving that alarm.
