Human life begins at conception and deserves legal protection at every stage until natural death.

I am in favor of construction of a wall and other necessary infrastructure on our border that gives complete control over entering and exiting the United States.

Governments should not discriminate against individuals, organizations or small businesses because of their belief that marriage is only a union of one man and one woman.

Strongly Agree

Governments should define marriage as between one man and one woman; no other definition of marriage should be legalized or supported with taxpayer or public funds.

It is the government’s responsibility to be sure everyone has a livable income.

It is the government’s responsibility to be sure everyone has health insurance.

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which permitted our system of limited government.

More restrictive gun control is needed to protect public safety.

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

Under emergency circumstances where the mother's life is at risk and there are no other viable options. I support in cases of rape as well.

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of radical Islamic terrorism?

-Enforce laws as written -limit immigration from countries where terrorism is a big concern until immigrants and refugees can be vetted -Work with immigrant communities to identify where there might be problems.

What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?

American's Founders saw that too much power in the hands of one individual or even one branch will ultimately corrupt. They came from countries with kingdoms and parliaments, but saw that the average citizen had few rights and no voice against a powerful government that could take everything away.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I believe in God and Jesus. I was raised Catholic. I love to keep learning and value knowledge and the pursuit of the truth. I treat everyone with kindness and respect and value every person in the way God made him or her.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?

Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.

I believe the role of government should be limited to protecting our nation through military and through border control. The government should not be the provider of everything to citizens, nor should it have a say in our lives. We must be able to stand on our own with very limited government interference to achieve our goals.

How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?

I would continue to promote the free market in healthcare. I would also work to increase transparency with health care prices.

What role should government play in boosting the economy?

The government should decrease regulations and decrease taxes. This will help businesses grow.

What changes should be made to the tax code?

The tax code should be continued to be simplified for working Americans. The government should also work to continue to decrease federal taxes without adding to the deficit to put more money in the pockets of Americans.

What is the best way to bring down unemployment?

I would continue to push the free market. The best thing the government can do is to remove barriers from applying and remove barriers from hiring.

How would you guarantee Social Security benefits for future generations?

This isn't the popular answer, but I don't know if we can. Social Security costs more to maintain then is paid into it. The best thing we can do is find ways to help Americans save for retirement.

What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?

I have a degree from the University of Minnesota in Sociology with a minor in Political Science. I have been employed since I was 16 and have maintained a job my entire adult life. I am a hard worker and a leader in every job I've worked. I am also a problem solver who looks for the best solution. I've come to learn that every solution will bring more problems, and it is best to find a solution that will minimize additional problems. I value hard work and community. I've volunteered in my community so everyone can achieve in America.
