Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

Abortion should be allowed when there is no medical feasibility for the child to survive outside the womb or in a situation where the birth of the child would place the mother in mortal danger. Other extenuating circumstances could be made such as rape, incest, or other issues that I have probably not fully considered. I find abortion morally detestable but I have a very strong reverence for the constitution. The constitution is very clear on protecting the life of a citizens, however thier is a strong argument to be made for the fetus being nonviable (therefore not technically a citizen) and the mother having a right to her privacy until such time that it can be proven as a viable "life" and thus protected under the 14th. I do however fully accept that an argument can easily be made that a unique lifeforms has happened as the blastocyte stage, from a legal standpoint its highly unlikely that the child would be able to survive outside of its mother. Short Version - Row v Wade is LAW

What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?

Mankind will always seek to consolidate power, and eventually due so under an absolute authority. This nature has NEVER in the history of mankind ever remained benevolent for long, and WILL LEAD to the suffering of mankind. Separation of powers and limited government seeks to drive the power of government and its harsh and unquestioned power, into the hands of the people whom provide it its power. This balance cast the responsibility to the wilder of the caster, the people.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

My beliefs are complex, and honestly impossible to describe briefly. I guess you could say, I am a student of the universe. I believe in a higher power, but have a hard time understand the nature of that belief. My values are, well they are what everyone strives to possess. Kindness, honesty, the things that make us good people. I believe in being honest in my flaws, and direct with people in who I am. Beyond that, I strive to understand people, more than just listen, I am often extremely curious in understanding peoples motivations. I seek out different viewpoints, and am eager to have mine challenged. I truly love the diversity of peoples ideas and thoughts, and have some dislike for conformity in ideology.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?

Moderate

Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.

I have spent time... a LOT of time in other countries, and lived a long time on both US borders. These issues have a LOT of nuance and simply thinking that it can be captured in a slogan is sadly misinformed. We must above all remember this basic concept. The issues deal with PEOPLE, but there are people on both sides of this issue... no one is walking away getting everything they want from a good solution.

What is the best way to bring down unemployment?

Don't Put a tax on jobs...

How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?

Get bureaucrats, and middlemen out of the process. How does anything get cheaper? remove the middleman. healthcare is expensive for 3 reasons: Captured market Insanely Large industry of middlemen ZERO patient/payee connection... because of above

What role should government play in boosting the economy?

I don't usually see the government doing much of anything to boost the economy, I see them usually deferring downturns and crashes for later days. The best thing the government can do to boost the economy is to help invest in technologies, education and research that will drive the country forward. Governments don't BOOST, they smooth economies. If you use the government to boost here... you will cause it to make a crash there. Governments must focus on the future, and maintain a level of peace in the present.

What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?

I have spent my entire life solving issues, putting people and systems together. Olympia needs people to bring solutions for a while, not more bureaucrats and partisan party animals.

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?

I started this journey for the same reasons you have thought about it for years. Because something is wrong with our system. REPRESENTATIVE mean that the people in office REPRESENT us, they are our VOICE. Yet when we ask them to tell us whom they speak for, they pass bills to prevent having to answer. I plan to be more than just a bobblehead that begs for donations and puts up signs every 2 years. I bring with me a system of technologies, that will help us in our district communicate as a cohesive group. A system that would change the face of politics in Olympia. I am not asking you to vote for me... I am asking you to vote for a new concept of doing business in Olympia. Its time you and your neighbors became have just a strong a voice in Olympia as the lobbyist do now. Put down your party hat, and let's get some work done.
