What is the best way to bring down unemployment?

Continue the polices the state has put in place creating a business climate for job creation and business expansion by reducing taxes, burdonsome and duplicative regulations. Free market, small group policies, Reduce the large number of coverage mandates for group insurance and allow people to choose coverage based on their own needs.
