Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

Abortion should only be allowed when the life of the mother or the unborn child is at risk. I believe abortion should only be allowed if the mother is in mortal danger or the unborn child is not going to survive outside the womb.

What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?

America's founders had escaped persecution for their religion and unfair treatment under the monarchy of England. They were determined no one person or branch of the government should have that much control over the people.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I am a Christian. I attend a small Presbyterian church. I hold myself to a high moral standard. I believe my Christian beliefs should shine through in every aspect of my life.

What is the best way to bring down unemployment?

I believe our welfare system should have time limitations and set work requirements for able bodied adults. This would not only reduce state expenditures but encourage growth for employment rates.

How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?

I believe the best way to provide affordable coverage is to not only limit the profit margin for insurance companies but also for healthcare providers and drug companies as well. As a current employ of a health insurance provider I see the skyrocketing cost of care on a daily basis.

What role should government play in boosting the economy?

No answer

What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?

I have a bachelor's degree in History and took many Political Science classes at the collegiate level as well. For the past 8 years I have worked with individuals one on one through consultations for health insurance sales. My personality is well suited for working with the public as I have held numerous jobs in the retail, food service and most recently health insurance industry.
